As an HR Consultant, the HR Inner Circle is the one membership I consider indispensable. It represents exceptional value, offering not only a comprehensive suite of resources, but also insightful thought pieces, webinars and podcasts. I signed up to Daniel's email service about 25 years ago, and the HR Inner Circle when it was formed. As an independent HR Consultant, the support that Daniel and his, ever increasing, team provide, works at both an individual knowledge level, as we well as providing resources we can use with our clients. It's professional and pragmatic - and gives us access to like minded HR Professionals who are happy to share their own knowledge and experiences. I went self employed about a year and a half ago and joined the inner circle in September 2024. The support from the IC community is second to none. There are so many tools and resources and you have all your CPD in one place. It's helped my confidence enormously and the connections I've made have been invaluable. An unexpected delight is that I've had so much work from the community that it has more than paid for the membership. I have also found an amazing ADHD coach who is part of the community. With the amount of employment law changes I feel as though Ive got everything I need and a team behind me.

Having heard about Daniel Barnet and HR Inner Circle a number of years ago, I decided to join the Employment Webinars held in March 2021, which covered a range of topics, to find out a bit more. From that point, HR Inner Circle became my go to place for clear, practical understandable support. The Vault now provides access to a lot of resources, there is access to frequent informative webinars with Daniel and others, and Jenny and the team are always helpful.

This group is the perfect place for any HR professional who is looking for support but also to stay ahead of employment law changes. There is an abundance of resources available which are super useful.

In my 30+ years in HR, this is the best resource and support group I have ever been a part of. Always looking at ways to improve resources, working closely with members to take on board their needs. Worth every penny and a great way to network.

Worth joining

The HRIC offers a hugely valuable resource which far outweighs the cost - a vast number of templates, regular online q and a sessions, updates on significant legislation changes, Daniel is just the best and his team are superb, if you are in HR or employment law, it is a must have.

HR Inner Circle, whether via the website support or through the HR Inner Circle Facebook service, is usually where I turn to first if I want advice or to do some research. Daniel, Jennie and the team are effective, efficient and welcoming. My only regret is not always having the time to attend the virtual group meets. Long may they continue!

Such a good resource for independent HR consultants. You get so much for your membership. The closed Facebook group is invaluable as is the twice monthly "Ask an employer lawyer anything!" sessions.

The HR Inner Circle is a wonderful community of like-minded HR professionals led exceptionally well by Barrister Daniel Barnett and his team. From the regular Q&A sessions during which any member can ask an Employment law question; to the 'Member Huddles' where complex problems are discussed in more detail; and Annual conferences detailing Employment law updates, you can always find the answers you need or simply a range of experienced opinions on a difficult case!

It was an absolute God-send during the pandemic, going above and beyond to support members through a difficult time with practical and effective resources to navigate the challenges.

I joined the HR Inner Circle in 2020, right in the midst of Covid, and it has been an invaluable resource ever since. It has saved me so much time and money, and kept me fully informed and up to speed, at a time when I was working as a standalone HRD. Daniel Barnett and his team are absolutely on it, all of the time. I have found the Facebook group a great source of support and learning, and also took part in Daniel’s Getting Redundancy Right course, Virtual Employment Law Academy, and bought the policy suite. Whether you are accessing the resources, and groups included in the HR Inner Circle subscription, or taking advantage of the additional services at a discounted price, you’ll get great value and feel the benefit.

The Amazing HR Inner Circle
I have been a member of the HR Inner Circle for several years. For a HR professional their service and what i have gained from them has been invaluable.
They have a dedicated Facebook group, where you can tap in to many HR professionals for advice and support. I receive UpToDate guidance on employment legislation. I take part in their Q&A sessions and receive a monthly magazine. There is no end of information, guidance and support. Whether you are a stand alone HR professional or part of a team, being part of the HR Inner Circle is a must. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
