No problem with receiving the item. Only comment I have is to the manufacturer, I think there should be a sheet explaining the use of the different heads/attachments.

I ordered this pump for my Sit'N'Gym exercise ball to inflate it. Easy to use and quickly inflates the exercise ball. Thank you to HPMS for having this item in stock to order and ship! I checked many other website, all were out of stock on this item. Quick shipping, great communication from placing order to delivery. Competitive price.

After 4 days I had to call to find out when my order was going to ship.,only to get voicemail and an email the next day telling my they would look into it. Then another email to tell me it would be 4 more days till it shipped. That would make 8 days from the time I ordered and who knows how long to get it to me. No one to answer phones and 8days to ship is not the way to do business I would never order from you again and if I knew anyone that was going to I would tell them to find someone else.

I purchased the full set of Magister Pivotal Therapy spinal alignment devices from HPMS. these simple but expensive devices have been tremendously helpful to me in giving relief and restoring functionality. But I am reviewing HPMS here.

There seem to be a lot of online retailers which charge premiums for devices such as HPMS offers. Not only that, some of them will actually charge more for shipping with the more money spent on goods. I do not know all the ends and outs of this industry, but it seems rather awful. Actual quality health care, including effective physical therapy, is not easy to access. For me, I do not have access to an actual helpful physical therapist at all. Being able to practice physical therapy at home is vital, and I need specialized equipment in order to do that. HPMS was the only vendor I could find that made this reasonably affordable. Not only do they offer free shipping with flat rates for expediting orders, I was able to receive a generous 15% discount. If I find I need more PT equipment, I'll be looking here first.
