Horrendous returns and customer service! Terrible quality! Avoid!!!
On August 16, 2025, I purchased a Hozier sweater from the online store for $60.80. The sweater was delivered on August 22nd. Within the next week, I tried to wear the sweater for the first time and the quality was terrible. The inside of the sweater was made of a black fabric that shed fluff all over everything. My hands and clothes and couch were covered in the shedding material within half an hour. I contacted MerchSupport, the company that handles returns for the site, requesting a return because of defective merchandise on September 4th. No one answered, so I followed up on the 8th and the 11th. On September 19th a customer support representative reached out with an incomplete pdf explaining how to return the item. They did not include a prepaid return label (which their site says that they are obliged to do when returns are due to a merchandise defect). I have continued to follow up on September 25th, October 1st, and October 6th, and I have not received a response. This company is defrauding customers by withholding access to returns and choosing not to follow their own policies as advertised to the public. At this point I would like a complete refund and I would be happy to throw this terrible sweater into the trash.
