Ordering online was easy. I received an update as soon as my order was ready, and pickup at the store was quick and convenient. I love this game and highly recommend it.

Easy ordering, great communication on stages for delivery (which was accurate almost to the minute!) very well packaged and great value for money.
At the time of purchase, the items I wanted could only be found together here or in the US (with eye-watering fees!)

I bought refurbished backgammon board so as to waste less and learn a new game. It arrived with only minor blemishes as advertised. There are some fantastic items on sale, I am sure that I will buy again.

Parcel came on time, product was exactly as I expected and was in excellent condition. As a plus they even used recycled packaging - which you don't see a lot from online stores so good on them.

The Post Office delivered my package from Hoyles to the wrong address but when I phoned Hoyles to tell them abou this, Emily was all over it in no time flat, seeing that the delivery place was not mine and sorting it immediately by ensuring my order was packed and sent by next post. There were also emails to ensure I knew what was going on. Great commnication. Oh, and the items were great, as well.
