I recently arranged private medical insurance through Charlie Francis at Howha PMI, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and outcome.
Having thought about getting cover in place for some time, it was important to me to find the right person to guide me through the process, and Charlie was exactly that person.
What made the decision even easier was knowing Charlie through networking and being able to trust his knowledge and approach. He took the time to understand what I needed, especially around including cover for my family, which was a top priority. He also ensured the policy included comprehensive cancer cover, something he had spoken about before and which gave me real peace of mind for the future.
Charlie was clear, thorough, and approachable throughout, and made what could have been a complex process feel simple and straightforward. I’d highly recommend him to anyone considering private medical insurance.
