Recently visited howdens branch Brunswick road ashford to purchase a kitchen. We was greeted and assisted by Maggie who made THE biggest effort to cater to our needs. The kitchen design she produced was even better then what I had envisioned and she made the most out of the space I have! I really can’t recommend Maggie & Howdens if you need a kitchen enough. Thank you Lisa & Dan Wood

Howdens Lamona cooker hood absolute rubbish my wall is now yellow ….not white , I’ve had outside wall repointed as I was informed it’s damp, I had plaster scrapped off and redone ….it’s the cooker extractor fan ……even though it’s on while I cook it’s causes condensation around oven, absolute waste of money thank goodness didn’t buy anything else from that range

I have Recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens South Ashford. From start to finish I received a professional service, the Kitchen was measured and the plan was sent to me the same day and when I went into the south Ashford branch the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in helping me to decide the style of kitchen that would suit the property.
Nothing was too much trouble. I’m very impressed.

I have had a trade account with howdens for nearly 2 years now there products are amazing very high quality and the service you get from them is amazing to always happy to help I use the 2 Newport branches thank you first class service 👍

I very rarely write reviews however I felt this one was needed. I have just bought a kitchen from Howdens in South Ruislip and couldn't be happier. Choosing a kitchen is a large project and the team at South Ruislip, especially Tosh, Craig and Ed were brilliant. I needed to change a few items and when one was damaged in transit they came out immediately to swap the item. Their customer service is fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. I even had to pop into the office a few times for other queries and they went out of their way to help me. What I also love about Howdens is they stock the goods on site therefore you don't need to wait for any extra parts. I would 100% recommend buying a kitchen from Howdens South Ruislip as their customer service and after sales service is amazing.

I had my new kitchen from Howdens in Southall and the assistance I received from the manger Amit Sethi and his team member Dhananjaya Kumar Muppidi was excellent and very helpful from start to finish
They helped me in every aspect to design mange and build the kitchen to a superb standard and we are extremely happy with their service. Mr Muppidi was following up the build of the kitchen and was available at all times to help

Howdens Runcorn have been absolutely brilliant. From Danny (Who's sadly now at Haydock) planning my kitchen with me, to Serena dealing with my endless bizarre queries! Your staff at Runcorn are a credit to you. I will always go to Howdens Runcorn for all my projects. Thank you guys for being just so helpful and lovely to deal with.

Just had a new kitchen fitted by Howdens. The whole process of design, delivery and fitting went really smoothly. Highly recommended.

Just had our kitchen designed by Harry Furnell at the Huntingdon Branch and we are so impressed, kitchen looks amazing with no hiccups along the way. Harry was efficient and knowledgable and provided nothing but great customer service!

I need to tell everyone how impressed I am with my new kitchen. I went for the latest Elmbridge style ( no electrical appliances) and it’s far better than expected, it’s a real wow kitchen. A massive thank you to Kayleigh, Eddie and the staff at Howdens Ashford for their time and patience. The new showroom is amazing and lots of beautiful kitchens to choose from, I’m already planning my utility room. Well done everyone and thank you.

Kayleigh Berry was absolutely amazing at designing my utility, I have a keen eye for interiors and she made it beautiful! From start to finish. The stunning units, brass handles, Belfast sink, she helped me from a designer and a mum point of view she knew where to put my storage and how it

Just bought a kitchen from Howdens Barnsley. I am really happy with the quality and the look.
The customer service has been excellent with all the staff. Michael Twycross kitchen planner has been excellent . I have contacted him on many occasions and nothing has been too much trouble for him and he has kept in regular contact throughout.
I would definitely use them again

Just to say Shaun Dalton at Poole branch was amazing today, I had a problem with a damaged kitchen drawer which turned out to be a discontinued range ,Shaun went out of his way to help was professional polite and caring,very much appreciated , have found something on the Internet that says compatible with the Burford range so here's hoping, so a big Thank you again

Had kitchen fitted March 2021. Few minor issues with units and floor, but all sorted reasonably, my main displeasure is the marble worktops, bought and installed by Howdens, big mistake, firstly had to reseal the sink , because had a leak where the seal was crap, then the edges are not even , have tried to get a response from Howden but no joy. Would not recommend their worktops or their fitters, and they weren't cheap, shop about

Having unexpectedly found my self in the role of inexperienced landlady and gutting a house, I was in need of some kind words and stable advice.

After 5 years in our house we want a new kitchen. Appointment made easily, surveyor arrived on time, wearing full PPE. She measured what we need then had a discussion in the garden about the brochure. Looking forward to hearing from you Tracy from Romford. Excellent professional service, felt very safe in these uncertain times. Thank you

Called to Howdens today in Barnsley and must say what a transformation no potacabin pleasant staff social distance a real pleasure to visit the new show room well done Howdens .
What we need now is a bit quicker service once you have made your purchase yet again so slow I only wanted a handle in the time it took the staff to go and collect it I could have walked to Leeds and picked one up from the hare hills branch quicker. Do they not realise we are the customer to be served not to wait till the staff decide to serve. Come on Howdens time is money. But counter staff massive thank you

Visited Howdens today to plan a full house renovation including a new kitchen, skirting boards, architrave, doors, etc, etc......

It's not the first time I've used them, and always get excellent service.

I was looked after by Matt today who was absolutely amazingly helpful in all aspects of planning and helping me to achieve the look I wanted with the kitchen and throughout the rest of the house.

Sally on front of house, is always another fantastic go to for advice. Really helpful if you need to pop into the store for ordering and buying materials.

I would recommend this store to anyone wanting to purchase a kitchen or anything to do with house renovation/home improvement.

We have just had a fantastic experience with Howdens with the end result looking amazing with no stress throughout! Maggie at Ashford, Kent branch was fantastic in helping create our dream space, and really listening to what we wanted. When everything was delivered it was as specified and no issues at all. We changed a cupboard during fitting to be wider and Maggie sorted that for delivery ASAP which didn’t hold anything up at all. We’ve been left with a beautiful kitchen that was exactly what we wanted and couldn’t be happier. Our fitter was found through our builder and did a brilliant job specialising in fitting Howdens units. All in all would very much recommend!
