I have used Peugeot since the 304 model and this was by Far my best experience. he was charming, polite and extremely knowledgeable. my new 408 is a delight to drive and very comfortable. The salesamn (Sam) was very good when I bought the one year old car. After 2 months it developed a gearbox problem. Howards has now had my 15 month old Peugeot 2008 Hybrid for 5 weeks waiting for a replacement gearbox, and this is after only 12000 miles. Howards have been very supportive and have supplied a courtesy car but the battle is with Peugeot HQ who seem unable to find a new gearbox anywhere in Europe. Not good enough.

Howard’s of Dorchester have serviced my car regularly since I bought it from them as a used car. I have always found them to be extremely helpful, offering excellent customer service and above all else, honest. When my car developed a potentially serious fault which could have been catastrophic if left undetected, my opinion and trust in them only grew. They liaised with Peugeot to support the otherwise costly repair as a goodwill gesture which they need not have done. I thoroughly recommend the Dorchester branch and their staff to all.

I have had my car delivered today by Kevin. He updated me regularly on his journey so that I had an accurate eta. Once he had arrived he unloaded the car quickly before talking me through all the controls on the new car. Would highly recommend.

I had an electrical circuit failure and service light came on on my dash. Peugeot 308. It said to get it repaired on the screen. I tried 2 Peugeot dealers locally to Wimborne, this was 3 weeks before Christmas and they were fully booked. I have used Howards Dorchester for 5 years, the amount of time I have owned the vehicle for servicing and MOT'S, I have always found them helpful. I spoke to Alison and she was
very keen to help me and fitted me in as soon as she could. I waited whilst they repaired my car and washed it. Alison and the mechanics are very efficient and professional, Alison, goes above and beyond with very good customer service skills and really makes you feel welcome.

I have to be honest and say I was a little disappointed with a couple of the aspects of the Customer Service I received.

However I discussed my concerns with Josh (Service Manager) and my concerns were listened to and I have been assured they are understood and will be acted on.

I appreciate that sometimes things do slip - the mark of good customer service is to listen to your customers and act on their concerns. Well done Howards Motor Group - thank you for listening to me.

Highly recommended! I took my oldish 107 to them. They booked it in very quickly and did a brilliant and precise job. The little car was also reviewed however I didn't ask for that. The team was really helpful and very nice. Thank you for your help!

Really excellent and speedy service for a small electrical repair.

We were wanting to exchange our 2008 Peugeot for a new car. Elliot and Kieran were very helpful in offering us a car that had been used for demonstrations. It met our needs very well.
But Kieren and Elliot were having difficulty getting the keys for the car from Peugeot UK. They did all that they could to get the keys delivered to Dorchester, but they were not successful for nearly 2 months. They shared our frustration, until the keys finally arrived.
They quickly prepared the car for exchange today.

We appreciated all their efforts, and it was a job well done.

Yesterday, I took my Peugeot 308 to Howards seeking an opinion about the 'ride' which had seemed unusually bumpy. I had not consciously driven over any potholes and so feared that there might be something wrong with the suspension.
A most excellent technician, Karim, inflated all the tyres to the correct pressures (he found that they were a bit low), drove the car, with me sitting beside him, and declared everything OK.
He had given his time, willingly, to provide me with the reassurance that I needed. Best of all, there was no charge. I am more than ever impressed with Howards' superb service.

Popped in today with a family member who was looking at various different cars we dealt with Nat who was extremely helpful and conscious of what was wanted out of the vehicle running through various different options and specs of vehicles, tom was also very helpful and understanding with the required needs!
If you want a vehicle I would really recommend going in and seeing Nat!

I have again had my Peugeot serviced by Howards Dorchester. They are the most helpful and accommodating team of people you could wish to do business with, nothing is too much trouble from booking the service to dropping the car off with a courtesy car loan for the day. They keep you informed of progress on what you car needs to have done and organise for it to be completed at your convenience. To put into context how much I like using Howards Dorchester I bought my car from them and would rather travel from Essex to Dorchester for my services and work than get it done locally.

My 2008 had its first service last week and the tyre pressure warning light was on when it went into the garage. My wife picked the car up on completion of the service and the light was still on but she was in a rush and didn't say anything to the garage. I called the garage today and they told me that because my car is a lease car and is on a maintenance contract, it is not their responsibility to check tyre pressures and that I should go to Kwik Fit. Unbelievably awful service.

I have just been contacted by Josh from Howards who was most apologetic for what happened and has kindly offered to carry out a full valet on my car which I have accepted. Many thanks to Howards for admitting their mistake and more importantly offering to.put it right.
