Why buy from us
Many of our cars are presented for sale with the remainder of the manufacturer warranty. In all cases, the warranty will be for a minimum of 12 months from the point at which you buy the car giving you peace of mind in the first year of motoring. We will always explain how this warranty can be extended to provide cover for longer periods of ownership.

If you are going to buy from the Nissan…
I initially left a bad review of Howards Nissan WSM. After the car I was sold broke down and I have had to take it back numerous times over the short time I have had it, which has been incredibility annoying especially after I was told by the salesman that the car, I bought was a 'good example' of its type.
I felt ripped off and left with an unreliable car just months after I had bought it.
Since the review I have had contact from the manager who has given me a good level of customer service and made the price hike slightly worth it. They have taken the car back and said they will have another look at it.
Overall, I response from Howards Nissan WSM has been professional. I do feel that there are discrepancies between the sales patter and the product, since the car I was sold broke down.
The communication between staff is also pretty poor after I have had to correct things or been given incorrect information. I do get the impression customers are fobbed off if they can be.
My warranty has been extended by another year I am just hoping I won't need it.

Fantastic service.
Kelly at Nissan was fabulous from start to finish. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and was able to quickly find the perfect car for us. The handover was quick and easy and we felt at ease through the whole process. This is our third car with Howard’s and we don’t plan on going anywhere else!
