Minimum 12-month Warranty
Why buy from us
Many of our cars are presented for sale with the remainder of the manufacturer warranty. In all cases, the warranty will be for a minimum of 12 months from the point at which you buy the car giving you peace of mind in the first year of motoring. We will always explain how this warranty can be extended to provide cover for longer periods of ownership.

Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a Honda Jazz two months previously to purchasing the Hyundai i10 from Howards Motor Group. The Jazz had shown a few issues which I had found difficult to cope with - loads of gizmos - and then when the car was taken to a body shop (my fault), it was pointed out that it had suffered other knocks (prior to my ownership) and repairs not very well done. Upon returning to Howards and Alex, their response and follow-up has been superb. I was immediately offered an exchange. Two days after our initial meeting, Alex telephoned to say that the Hyundai was coming into the Showroom and invited me to visit to see it. As a result, it was exchanged together with a cash-back payment. As in our previous experience, the whole procedure was treated in a very friendly and courteous manner and there was nothing I could criticize. My sincere thanks to Howards and especially Alex.

Brilliant Service
We received excellent service from Alex, who was very knowledgable and courteous. We were made to feel welcome and Alex understood our car needs. We had already visited another showroom but did not feel confident in what we were being told, so decided to try the Weston Super-mare showroom this was the right decision. Extremely happy with the service we received and will definitely recommend.
