Very helpful sales staff.
Had a problem with a back tyre two days after collecting the car. The pressure was down to 22. So far no further problem. Was this checked before I took the car away?

What a super company. Can't fault them. George was so helpful and professional. Didn't feel pressured, answered all of my questions. Howards paid me a fair price for my car and the car I bought was a fair price. Felt that I was taken seriously and that I was a valued customer right from the start. Also contacted Lee to book a service, so friendly, helpful and professional. Everything from both employees was backed up by emails and every stage of the sale purchase and service booking process was explained in a clear, unpressured way. George even went as far as to go up to the kitchen to get me a drink as I didn't want from the machine. Thoroughly recommend Howards Taunton.

The experience of searching for, finding and subsequently purchasing a car was professionally managed by Chris Cseri with personal attention and friendliness. At no time was I pressurised into accepting anything, including the many “extras” which were available. All the necessary paperwork was taken care of throughout with clear and concise explanations, which were neither condescending nor patronising in any way.
Arrangements for collection were very flexible and accommodated my wishes.
