Excellent Support from Support Team for faulty product after purchase
We bought a Hoveroo board and cart for my son Oct 2025 and the Hoveroo is recently unable to charge. We sent an email to Hoveroo company and the matter was taken care by Maryde. She responded very promptly with clear instructions which need to be done for the issue to be assessed. Once we have sent the video recoding the Hoveroo's issue to the team, Maryde responded promptly to confirm receipt of the video and after 1-2 days she provided a resolution to replace the Hoverooboard and sent us the new one. To me, the company's customer care services, in particular Maryde are very outstanding and this is beyond my expectation as the product was purchased and used for 9 months already. Of course, my son is over the moon as he loves the Hoveroo so much and the replacement is just everything to him. I have had good experience with the company's support team and services.

Great product, great customer service!
Both my children have Hoover boards, and they have been amazing. They stand up to the tough conditions my wild children put them through!
So naturally when we wanted to buy a scooter, we decided to stick with the brand we knew. After we had the scooter for a month, we had an issue. I emailed the support team, who got straight back to me. They paid posted to return the item to they could check it out, and sent us a knew one without delay. The team was great to deal with, fast to return emails and ended in a great outcome!

Fantastic product and amazing customer service
We Ordered the Hoveroo overboard with kart attachment for our sons birthday, it was delivered on time as stated, the product it self is high quality and we couldn’t fault it unfortunately because of this our boys now fight over using it.
After delivery we received a friendly email from Joana from customer support checking that everything was working and making sure we were happy with our purchase.
We will definitely buy from Hoveroo again HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent gift idea!
We purchased our 9 year old twins a hoverboard for Christmas and it has brought them so much joy and gets them outside more than any other toy/game/sport. We took them to Qld when we went on holidays and had so many kids stopping them and wanting to try them. Such a great gifting idea!

Sibling joy!!
We bought a Hoverboard for my daughter’s 9th birthday. It was the best! She loves music so connecting to her play list was an added bonus. Her siblings were jealous so by Christmas we had 2 more. The youngest being 3yrs old was surprisingly good! A year later and they have them in their bedrooms on charge. A great screen alternative!

Excellent battery life
Great customer service. The hoverboard product is very much enjoyed by all my kids aged 5-16 years. Battery life and performance are excellent. Recommend it.

Built very well. Don’t go for the cheaper brands!
I did a lot of research before purchasing a hoverboard for my son. I wanted one that was safe, met australian standards and built to a high quality. I have purchased cheaper ones before that have not lasted, and feel cheap. When the hoveroo arrived I knew I had made the right choice, the build quality was amazing, and it felt sturdy. It was built to Aus standards which is important! Highly recommended. My son loves it!

Hoveroo Centre buggy for my 9 year old daughter
We bought the Hoveroo Centre buggy for my daughter last year, and it has honestly been one of the best purchases we’ve made.
Finding a ride-on that comfortably fits older kids was surprisingly difficult. Most of the options we found were really designed for toddlers, but this buggy has been perfect. My daughter is now 9, and it still fits her comfortably. She even loves driving her 10 and 11-year-old cousins around, which says a lot about the size and build quality.
What impressed me most is how solid it feels. The suspension is fantastic, it has plenty of power without feeling unsafe, and the overall build quality is excellent. It feels like a genuine mini off-road buggy rather than just another toy. It’s handled plenty of adventures and still looks and drives beautifully.
Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loves it. It gets used regularly, and every time friends or cousins visit, it’s the first thing they want to do. Seeing the smiles and excitement it creates has made it worth every cent.
If you’re looking for a ride-on vehicle for an older child and you’re frustrated that so many are only suitable for little kids, I highly recommend Hoveroo. It has exceeded our expectations, and we’d happily buy from them again.

My grandchildren love their Hoveroo and Hoverkart . They always ask to go to the skate park and both have perfected riding them. My grandsons confidence has grown so much and they now enjoy a lot more outside time with their Nan.

We bought the hoverboard and kart just before Christmas during a sale the price was unbeatable and too hard to pass on. It was and still is the biggest hit in our home from 3years all the way to 65years! The postage was extremely fast, especially for a peak time like Christmas . We haven't had any issues whatsoever.

Wow the smile on our boys faces just makes this purchase all worth it. They love it. Our boys use there buggy to help move sheep and cruise around the yard. If any of our friends kids ask we tell them straight up it is worth getting. 100% happy.
