Hi Mr Leivers, thank you for the glowing 5 star review! House Of Windows strive to exceed customers' expectations rather than just meet them. I'm therefore thrilled to hear that the anticipated bifold doors arrived so much quicker than anticipated.
HOW truly appreciate your recommendation to family and friends and hope to work with you on future projects.
Frame height made too small ( look at small print)
Frame height made too small, should be made more clear that cill is incorporated into the total height, thus making frame 30mm short.
Frame extension needed to solve issue (£27) but £50 to deliver!( must be sent by armed guard delivery service.
1 x pane of glass smashed on delivery, 7 days to deliver replacement.
Not great this time but products decent quality.

Thank you for your feedback Jason. We sincerely apologise that a glass unit arrived damaged upon delivery. While this is a rare occurrence, we always aim to supply and deliver replacements as quickly as possible. Regarding the height, our website does state that the height ordered needs to be inclusive of any cill required. We offered to provide the frame extension at cost, which directly covers the courier charge to us due to the length required. Unfortunately, we were unable to reduce this cost any further.
Easy from start to finish

Really impressed with the whole experience.
Purchased a composite door to replace our back door.
Website, brilliant for the way you can build the door specification, as well as live pricing as you change things.
After submission, great to have the phone call to confirm details and make payment.
Confirmation email is clear, we had a discrepancy with cill on the design, which was soon rectified with a phone call referencing the initial design.
Hey presto, 2 weeks later receive a notification that door is to be delivered later in the week.
Arrived as expected.
Fitted door the following day, fairly straight forward.
Yes, definitely use them again, currently looking at replacing front door.

Hi, thank you for the 5 Star review. Sometimes, just a few words says it all, I think you have encapsulated Just Doors perfectly!
Horrible company, stay away
Left my house to be with two unsecured windows more than a week and counting. Dragging abut the quality when cant even send out right window glassing beads.
Ordered two windows. First they send one window glass to be wrong one - no bigy. Got replacement glass. Put both windows in to find glassing beads are wrong as well. They have no urgency to get it sorted, one email a day company. Got triple glazed windows to save and now paying fortune for heating as two windows are not fully secured.
Absolutely horrible experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced with your recent order.
To clarify, you contacted us on Sunday 9th February to report the issue and we responded to you the next working day at 11.30 am Monday morning to address your issue. I can see we expedited the correct glazing beads and as a gesture of goodwill, we have provided a replacement window sash free of charge to address the damage that occurred when you were installing the window. Furthermore, we have offered you a reimbursement for the inconvenience this situation has caused. We hope this helps to offset the additional heating costs and demonstrates our commitment to making this right.
We truly value your business and are committed to restoring your confidence in our products and service. If there’s anything else we can do to assist you in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team.

House of Windows Ltd provides a good service overall. I recently made my second purchase with them as I was satisfied with the first. Their customer service is knowledgeable and helpful, answering queries promptly over the phone. I've ordered multiple windows, and they consistently deliver quickly and safely. Some minor issues with fittings and missing components were resolved without fuss. While there were challenges with a few elements of the product quality and fit kits, the team was responsive in sending missing parts. Ultimately, their competitive pricing, excellent delivery, and customer service make them a solid choice.

Superb company to deal with
Ordered new back door from house of windows. Wow, what a helpful company to deal with. From first point of contact they were superb. Order confirmation was emailed with in a couple of hours of me placing order with a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks delivery, great. However I received an email to say door was ready for delivery after just 2 weeks.this was then followed up by a phone call to check if delivery date was convenient and giving a 3 hour delivery window. Superb communication superb quality product and a very fair price. Putting an extension up in new year and will definitely be using House of Windows again.
Great service thankyou
