First time ordering from House of Pods…
First time ordering from House of Pods and frankly my experience was poor . Royal mail were my couriers for this package and either delivered to the wrong address or my package was stolen . As I never received my order . Awaiting to hear back from customer services .
Shame you can't speak to someone via the phone. However their prices and variety of flavours are good . If I receive a refund I would try order again .

House of Pods are GREAT
Goods arrive very quickly and if they are out of stock they contact you to let you know and offer alternatives. It's the only place that stocks my favourite flavour! High recommend.

However, we have clearly stated on the website that the orders during Christmas / New Years (January times) are the busiest times for Royal Mail, therefore most orders experience some sort of delays due to the extremely heavy backlog.
