I had been looking around for a private GP practice after waiting 14hrs for my NHS GP to look at a picture of a skin lesion I was concerned about. I was hoping I would be offered a face-to-face appointment but not the case. Sadly, telephone appointments were the only options offered. I also had two other concerns which needed addressing but when the NHS GP did call me back, they said they couldn’t address more than one problem.

After doing extensive research online I decided to approach “House of Health”. I had read patient testimonials and the biographies of their GP’s.

I spoke to Vicky who is the general manager. I explained my concerns that I had three problems I needed to discuss with a GP. Vicky was just amazing. She answered all my questions and suggested I book an appointment with Dr Sidra Hasan because of her expertise and interest in Dermatology. I booked an extended appointment for later the same week.

On arriving it is like entering a 5-star hotel. It’s super clean, inviting and doesn’t look or feel too clinical. Vicky was very welcoming and I was offered a tea or coffee before my appointment with Dr Hasan.

Dr Hasan came out into reception to greet me with a very warm welcome and I went in for my consultation.

I’ll never forget how kind and caring Dr Hassan was with me during the consultation. She was so friendly, easy to talk to and listened thoroughly to my concerns. She never interrupted me and I never once felt I was been rushed. She was so empathetic, caring and thorough in her examination. She put my mind at rest with all three of my concerns and she even gave me a prescription for a treatment I didn’t even know was available.

There are not many out there like Dr Hasan. She is a rare breed. There are simply not enough words to describe how wonderful Dr Hasan is. I have told everyone about her and I will be signing up as a member at House of Health.

This was my second visit to House of Health and again the whole experience was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and really look after you. Dr Katy Kyprianou is excellent, I have been suffering with migraines and vestibular issues for a number of years and finally I feel like I have a doctor who really understands what I'm going through and I can see some light at the end of this dark tunnel. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended the surgery has a warm and modern feel, very clean and impressive . I took my mother in law 2 times to Dr Raja she was fantastic my mother in law came from india and she got lung problem but Dr Raja done checkups and gave medication now she is absolutely fine .The staff are very responsive , friendly and supportive , immediately providing ease and a safe space . Have not experienced this level of care in a health clinic before - the staff are passionate and very patient . Thank you sooo much Dr Raja for your help .

I had my first appointment with Dr Hasan regarding weight loss support, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we started discussing my options, she made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and most importantly, reassured me about the medication, making sure I felt comfortable with the plan moving forward.

Had an ultrasound today, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. The staff were superb—professional, kind, and incredibly efficient. From check-in to the procedure, everything was smooth and well-organized. The ultrasound technician was especially skilled and reassuring, making the experience comfortable and stress-free.

Amazing speed of response to an enquiry about mental health and a very thorough consultation with an expert, who was careful and detailed in her questions and feedback. Plenty of time to ask questions too. Report produced within 2 day of the assessment too. Thank you !

Fantastic service, very quick with getting assessments that fit round daily life. Everyone who I had communication with were lovely and great with listening, understanding and feedback to any questions or queries. Response via email is also very quick. Overall very pleasant with the service provided.

Saw Dr Katy Kyprianou on Saturday at the headache and migraine clinic. She was lovely, listened and explained everything clearly and with a plan going forward too. I totally felt she understood what I was going through and wanted to help. Everyone at the House of Health was very nice and I would highly recommend.

Highly recommended, much more in depth health check ups then you would ever get in the nhs. No delays and can’t do enough to help. Can’t put a price on your health!

I am so happy with the services the health centre is providing with their patients and they give really good support to families! . Is very respectfully people end doctors are professionals.

I have had a fantastic experience at house of health. I was booked in same day for an ultrasound with Dr Sharan and I have never felt so at ease. The process was straightforward, I felt cared for and most importantly I now have answers immediately that I have been waiting for, for over a year with the NHS.

I would recommend House Of Health to everybody!
