If I could leave 1 star I would. The quality for the price you pay isn’t worth it. I paid $379 for a dress that come with holes in it. There customer service is terrible. Contacted them they took over a week to respond and said hey said I can send it back or get it fix and they would pay up to $50 AU. I went got it fix send the receipt and they said sorry that it wasn’t a place they would cover but didn’t tell me whoch places I could go to. So out of pocket even more. Don’t shop here

The material is scratchy and unwearable, it’s overpriced and the amount of money that it spent it should be comfortable material. customer service did not have a great experience it was poor. overall, I will not be buying from this company ever again.

Terrible Experience - Dress Never Received, No Refund

I had an extremely disappointing experience with HOUSE OF CELEB. I placed an order for a dress on last summer but I never received the item, and my money was never refunded.I reached out multiple times via email, but received no response. It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored when you're simply trying to get the product you paid for or your money back.
I strongly advise against shopping at HOUSE OF CELEB.Their lack of communication, failure to fulfill orders, and refusal to issue refunds demonstrate a complete disregard for their customers. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I would caution anyone considering shopping here.

I ordered a cusinart electric food chopper from abt online shopping, paid $40.50 received a order confirmation and a with order number.
The payment was processed by TEDDA LLC the phone number listed for this company is a different business that never heard of TEDDA LLC. This company is truly a scam!

Total scam. I thought I was buying a stove and after my purchase I checked my email and knew something was fishy when I tried to click on the order number and nothing.... then I saw this weird web address. Checked it out and all I saw was woman's clothing.

Scam site, ordered a dress and never came, email customer service and never got my refund!! Scam!!!!

I have tried to purchase a dress on this website and after the payment page, it keep saying error and ask me to do it again and everytime i tried, they charged my card so now i have been charged three times without any order being processed, tried emailing their customer service and it's an automated response and kept asking me to try!!!

I love house of cb but today in the Stratford store left me never wanting to purchase anything again. The minute I walked into the store the security guard followed me on every aisle I went on. As a black women I'm so use to this but today was so blatant it really pissed me off. Are your security guards told to target black women? As I'm confused. I work hard. Earn a good living and was left to feel like a criminal leaving your store. The girls on the till are lovely but your security is a Joke.

This is a scam site... They didn't even send me the right dress... I have lost out on money and events. NEVER EVER AGAIN. They pretend to be House of CB but they are not. Nevertheless, I don't even recommend the real House of CB either...
