I tried to use house numbers to process two files. Nothing was being done and I was doing all the work myself. I reached out to the processor and she said she had been communicating with my clients. When I called my clients they never heard from her. I called Ben at house numbers and he would not acknowledge the fact that nothing was being done on their end. He was very immature and rude. After we parted ways he had several fake profiles leave my company bad reviews. This is unprofessional. My company trusted House Numbers to do their job and this was not accomplished. Please avoid this company because if they do a bad job and you are not happy then they will leave your company bad reviews.

Mrs. Boozer is an excellent communicator and understands the complex process of mortgage approval, and she has the flexibility to adapt to the stages.

Do not use this company.
If you want to do 90% of the work yourself and still have your file delayed, this is the place. There were constant issues throughout the process—so bad that the owner said he would have a company meeting to address them, yet nothing was done the next day. Title wasn't even uploaded until day 30, which speaks volumes about their slow turn times.

As a Loan Officer, I require processors who are detail oriented, solution-minded, and who work strategically with solid communication to ensure timely closings. House Numbers provides that and more.
