Only issue was a lack of stock and hence a long delay in suppling the filters . Had to chase to get an explanation

Great Service
When our client proposed some cost savings by switching from their usual spec of instant boiling water appliance back to a kettle, in typical fashion Richardson Business Equipment Distributors Ltd presented a better option – HotSpot Titanium. Client is not only extremely satisfied with their ‘better for less’ HotSpot Titanium filtered boiling water tap, but is also yet another happy Richardson Business Equipment customer

Excellent boiling water tap
When I found myself in need of a new boiling water tap, who else could I turn to…Mr Zip himself the founding father of instant boiling water taps Nick Taylor – now of course bringing this fabulous Titanium instant boiling water tap to the UK marketplace. Why Titanium – well it resists scale and lasts longer than anything I know…

I absolutely love my hot spot
I absolutely love my hot spot, it’s so practical and is a worthwhile addition to a kitchen. Not only does it make perfect tea and coffee, it’s easy to mix gravy, fill pans ready to cook vegetables. It’s great for soaking pans and kitchen utensils before putting them into the dishwasher. I certainly would never buy another kettle!

This hot tap has an excellent build quality, and works superbly well with the flex hose and boiling tap.
The service receiving the tap was also first class.

Thank you so much for the excellent review Dave. So pleased that you have mentioned the build quality which is something we are very proud of. For sure the 'Flex' option you opted for is rapidly growing in popularity - enabling the swilling of the sink without any concerns about boiling/safety. We are here for you if you need us and we wish you many happy years of instant boiling water at the touch of the tap!
Lovely tap, lovely people.
Lovely tap, and despite my stupidity in operating it these guys always come through quickly and with good humour.

Thank you very much for the 5 star review. Your good sense of humour had us chuckling - our child safety system is 'only easy when you know how' and purposely not immediately obvious (I am guessing it is the intelliprotect® you're referring to?). Anyway, thanks again for the great review, we look forward to being of continuing good humour/service.

I google searched for a hot tap and a pop up web chat appeared.
I started talking to Nick. He was amazingly patient with me. Video called me to show me the tap and how it works.
He has answered all my messages and calls with the utmost patience. I couldn’t decide on the finish. Finally gone for the hun metal.
Thank you for your interest snd understanding!

We absolutely love our HotSpot Titanium tap. The boiling water on tap is so convenient and has made life in the kitchen an absolute breeze. It seems like a luxury item, and is, but once you get one you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner, and swear to never be without it again.
The service from HotSpot is great and Scott in particular is fantastic. It's no wonder our brilliant kitchen fitter (Two Guys Basingstoke) recommended a HotSpot to us.

Constant Hot Water - Literally on Tap
Having recently purchased the gold hotspot titanium tap, I cannot believe how it has made family life easier. With four adults all working from home, making coffee and tea just couldn't be simpler. I have a 4 litre tank, which I had thought may not be large enough, but literally we have hot water on tap constantly. In addition, it is not a tepid cup of coffee/tea, it is as hot as from the kettle. Putting all that aside, it is also such a statement piece in the kitchen and quite a topic of conversation to any visitors we may have. Highly recommend.

Thank You Jurre & a Fantastic product!
A big thanks to Jurre in the Hotspot Sales Team for going above and beyond to get us what we wanted!
Getting a GOLD tap to match the colour scheme of your kitchen should should be easy!
Jurre organised colour samples and eventually two different taps, all sent to us to be assessed, to make sure we got the colour we were looking for, as well as organising the return of the one we didn’t choose!
The tap is now installed, looking good and most importantly working fantastically well!
Thanks Jurre & Hotspot!
Great service and brilliant product!
