Excellent service
After changing the filter we found the water quality/taste was unpleasant. After ringing the company, they suggested it might have been faulty and sent a replacement which we fitted and everything is perfect. They have been very supportive and we highly recommend this firm.

The product is fantastic and the customer service is simply incredible. Best I’ve ever experienced. Immediate response to a chat enquiry, followed by a text and phone call. Then when the problem couldn’t be resolved (a problem we had created; nothing to do with the product itself), we were offered a heavily discounted replacement within 24 hrs and the engineer that fitted it went out over his way to address access issues with our property - staying 3 hours to complete a 20-30 min job. Genuinely quite stunned at the levels of customer experience - and the product is brilliant - no horrible hissing that you get with other more expensive brands. Cannot recommend highly enough

I managed to order the wrong filter and then got an email from Hotspot suggesting I may have made a mistake. They corrected the order and it arrived very quickly. Well done Hotspot!

Great Tap and Service
Very professional approach by Scott who fitted both hot and cold water filers for us. We originally had just the hot filter. He turned up at the expected time and was polite and cheerful. Love my hot tap btw and have had it for 5 years. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service - very helpfull and answered all my questions in detail. Unusual to get such good service nowadays, so great to see that Hotspot Titanium obvioulsy cares. Have received the tap which looks great and very good quality. Have not fitted yet so cannot comment on operation as yet .

Quality Product and outstanding service
This was the first time I had purchased from Hotspot Titanium for a recent commercial office fit out in Leeds. The client and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the taps and the service received. I will confidently purchase these again in the future.

Hotspot Titanium absolutely brilliant service
What a amazing company with superb levels of service and excellent efficiency and delivery times when I ordered my filter it was acknowledged very quickly and I was kept informed of its progress and was delivered within 2 days and well packaged to ensure and the goods arrived in perfect condition.

Outstanding company and service. From the initial contact with Nick to the installation by Cam the service has been first class. They have gone above and beyond to ensure I got the hot water tap that was right for my needs. I was worried about whether my 86 year old mum would be able to use it as she has problems with her fingers and hands. I needn't have worried as it it very simple to use. I am very impressed. Again brilliant service from HotSpot. Slow water flow. Immediately posted a replacement spout which resolved the problem followed by a follow up email to check if all was well. You don’t often see this level of service. Thank you.

The fastest response to a problem with a product that I've ever experienced. Less than 35 Mins between first making contact to a service engineer arranging an on site visit to resolve an issue. If only all customer services were like this. First class service.

This company is worth investing in, the team are great no pushy sales talk, advice all the way. The young engineer was a real asset to the company such a nice guy, everything was explained to me his workmanship was second to none. There are not many companies with such high levels of support like that from Hotspot! We have had our Hotspot Titanium for 2 years now and during that time we have had a couple of small niggles. Scott has been absolutely brilliant sorting them out!
I would defintely buy again from Hotspot, when the wife wants a new kitchen!

Hot tappage!
I looked online for a boiling water tap and reasesrched a few. I plumped for the Hotspot titanium and have never looked back! The style choice was good (went for a flex in the end). Main thing that swayed me at the time was the warranty. A year in its still amazing. 😊👍🏻
