Online diary for Medical Appointments
I use Hotdoc to manage 4 of the 7 drs I have to see, it's great to have it one place, to get it put in yr calendar and remind you! It's a good way to look at the week if you have a busy schedule. Only hiccup is it keeps telling me I have a conflict when I don't, it's distracting, otherwise recommended.

Convenient and Efficient Booking Service
Being able to pre book online is an excellent way to make and confirm bookings without taking up time of busy staff members. Also, locking the appointment into my phone diary/calendar is excellent.
