Notes section

Great app, but need to put in a notes section that can be updated. I’m 66, and need to see my Dr on a certain date, but by the time I book the appointment and the appointment date more issues or medication may be needed,.

Easy and convenient

I find it so easy to book appointments through HotDoc. It’s also easy to change, cancel and reschedule appointments and always get a confirmation which asks if you’d like to add it to my calendar

They are allowing Scams to be commited…

They are allowing Scams to be commited via Hola Health.The consultation did not proceed. The doctor connected to the call late, then almost immediately terminated it, citing "technical issues" and claiming she could not hear my microphone. No clinical service whatsoever was delivered. No attempt was made to reconnect, contact me by phone, or reschedule.
This pattern — late join, immediate disconnection with a technical excuse, and failure to re-engage — is well documented in public reviews of Hola Health on
TrustPilot and in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The pattern strongly suggests a systematic practice of collecting consultation fees while deliberately avoiding delivery of service, rather than experiencing genuine technical failures.

No service was delivered

No service was delivered. I wasn’t able to connect to the doctor, yet they still took payment. Thieves. What an awful app

It is so easy to use and saves a phone…

It is so easy to use and saves a phone call to the clinic. Being able to see times available is so good. It's a great clinic and all drs are great. If you need to see your Dr ina hurry and she not available there is always someone who is.
