Jai eu des problèmes avec la livraison alors jai communiquer avec la compagnie qui ne répond pas même apres 5 tentatives je suis vraiment en maudit de voir qu'on semble ne pas vouloir aider le client et le laisser seul avec leur problème et le colis et de plus le colis est endommager et personne ne répond !
Je ne reconmande vraiment pas cette compagnie.
I have bought the UP-2 and the UP-5, an insulated floor, and a Caminus M wood stove. These tents and wood stove are for freezing areas, and NOT climate with rain... I live in the EU and the stove makes so much sood that you cant see the fire. You can then put in more wood, which will burn the sood off, but then the UP-tent get so hot - like a sauna - that you have to open the door. Then when it rains, the rain gets inside the tent because of the angel of the tent door/opening. You could solve this problem with a vestibule an a connector, which the UP-tents are already prepared for with a zipper, but for some strange reason RBM Outdoors dont sell these anymore...
Update:
Zipper in door for the outher part of the tent are alredy broken, cheap material - dont buy
