I have been with HostPresto for over 10 years and have consistently received high-quality service. Their support team is knowledgeable, responsive, and communicates clearly. HostPresto is my go-to hosting provider and the company I confidently recommend to clients for both personal and business web hosting needs

I recently logged a ticket with HostPresto support which involved information and guidance about a process that involved multiple organisations as I recently took over the IT role for a charity. They explained everything in writing that a non expert could understand. A really great service.

I've been with HostPresto for over 7 years now. Every time I've needed any support, they have been super responsive. The team is very knowledgeable, and they resolve any issues very quickly.

After not very good experiences with some "famous" hosting companies, HostPresto comes like a breath of fresh air.

I'm at total ease hosting many client sites with HostPresto, and would recommend them whole heartedly to anyone looking for a hosting provider.

We should support small independent firms who provide fast, attentive and personal service.

I’ve been with HostPresto for over 10 years now, and this is my third time writing a review which already says a lot about my experience with them.

Overall, HostPresto has been a very reliable hosting company with reasonable pricing and a strong, professional support team. Their support staff are knowledgeable and take issues seriously. While there can occasionally be a short wait for a response, the quality of support once they engage is excellent, they are proactive, thorough, and genuinely focused on resolving problems properly.

I’ve always felt that my sites are in safe hands, and long-term reliability and quality support are the main reasons I’ve stayed with HostPresto for so many years. I’m happy to recommend them.

This is the 2nd time I have left a review for Hostpresto, but they deserve it! I’m not going to pretend problems don’t happen they do.

The key is that, and especially as a “pushy” founder myself with incredibly high expectations, and with our growing business changing in need and expectation across the years…

Hostpresto have never failed to grow with us - and crucially learn from any problems that do occur by putting even better processes in place.

The benefit of dealing with humans and a company that obviously cares so passionately about doing a top draw job as they do for us as a business far outweighs any benefit of a faceless AWS or similar in my book.

Highly, highly recommended!

If you really need backup support from staff who really do know what they doing then these are my choice. I've been with them for about 10 years I guess, and while I'm just a small operator the service is spot on! You don't have to have multi sites (I do) but even 1 done properly can make you money. Loads to choose from and lots of help. 5 Stars yet again.

Once again I had great support from HostPresto who guided me through the issue I had with my domain registration. Thank you for your great service.

Really mixed experiences. On the plus side, Hostpresto are really responsive, which is a phase shift from my former hosts. And they are generally competent at resolving issues.

On the minus side, they create lots to be responsive about! The worst example is their "managed hosting" for our NodeBB forums. These have been hitting 502 errors every month or two, which HostPresto responsively fix each time I point them out.

Yet even after over a year, HostPresto are incapable of addressing the issue *before* it crashes our site, or noticing the error when it happens and fixing it without my involvement, or even notifying me when the site goes down. They have repeatedly committed to monitoring the issue (which is on their own servers) and repeatedly failed to do so.

As such, I am actively seeking a replacement managed host who can quietly take care of such issues, without requiring my regular interventions.

Unfortunately, I'm well aware that many hosts are significantly worse than HostPresto.

Fast efficient, friendly and authentic in their approach and solutions.

The HP team worked with diligence and perseverance to resolve an email issue linked to my Contact Form. I must have dealt with about half a dozen different Support Staff over several days, and they were ever-patient, and understanding of my lack of competence in these matters. I'm so grateful for their kindness, and for enabling my website to function properly.

I had to migrate to a new domain service after more than 25 years with my previous host. I wasn't looking forward to the prospect with all that technical stuff to deal with. I shouldn’t have worried, HostPresto! sorted everything out within two days. Fantastic support service with a control panel that is out of this world.
