We had a server with this company for a very short time, and within a month, it became completely unresponsive. We requested a simple server reboot, which took 27 hours to be completed by the support team. Please be advised that this company is unprofessional. They offer 99.99% uptime, but the fine print states it applies only to hosting accounts, not servers. Also, do not believe their advertising; their claims are false. For example, they claim they do not outsource support and that they have their own dedicated support teams in every data center, which is a lie. If they had dedicated support people in their data centers, it would not take 27 hours for a basic hard reboot. We made the mistake of prepaying for a year, and after only using it for a month, we abandoned the server (even though they did not want to refund our money after their abysmal performance), as we cannot afford to have our company down for a day for a silly thing like rebooting a server.

I have not had any major service issues with HostEONS outside of any data center maintenances that they may have and I've been a customer since November 2023. As of Dec 4, 2024, they've also blocked SMTP ports on all their VPS services unless a legitimate reason is submitted to their support team. However, please note, they bill early on recurring billing cycles. As early as 7-8 days before billing/service period ends and once paid, they do not issue refunds period. Please keep in mind before doing business with them.

Have been using HostEONS services for more than 5 years and their servers are pretty stable, high performing and up 99.99%. One of rare service VPS service providers who are affordable and great customer support.

As a student from China who isn't majoring in computer science and has a limited budget, I chose to purchase my first server from HostEons. Their products offer great value for money and perform well. Despite my lack of technical expertise, whenever I faced issues, HostEons' customer service was always incredibly patient and helpful. They even went above and beyond by refunding me after I made a mistake. Although I'm not a big client, they still provided exceptional service. If you're looking for a reliable company, HostEons is definitely worth considering

Good VPS service with low price. Whenever there are issues the support will quickly provide solutions.

Good provider, never had issues, been using for past 4 years, started with just 1 VPS, but now I ended up having 5 VPS and 1 VDS / hybrid server as I've moved my personal VPN, website, mail server as well as my video encoding projects to hosteons .. if you need good CPU power for stuff like video encoding make sure to take their VDS and not a regular VPS as you need 100% CPU core

I'm a fairly new customer of this provider, but I can tell already that they deliver great services. Probably the only providers I've seen that have packages offering 10G up/down at less than $10/m, and aren't overselling resources. With multiple locations available across the US, I'd highly recommend!

Nothing but great services and support, I have 5 different servers in different locations with Hosteons for over a year now working great.
One small problem with directadmin on one of the servers. Support was great on solving the issues.

I have been using these lot for about 2 years now and they've never let me down. Their staff is amazing and always promptly reply. They honestly look out for their customers and I really like that. Heres to another year with them!

So far HostEONS offers the lowest cost VPS for similar features. They also provide a wide variety of packages to choose from. Their support system is quick and effective. But the main thing is, I feel like I got a good deal with my Windows VPS from HostEONS: listed features, connection uptime and speed, all happened as expected, no problem so far. In short, I'm very happy with their services.

Very cost-effective VPS service provider
I have used an openvz VPS server of this company for more than two years. It has unlimited traffic and has been relatively stable. It has met my demand for traffic. 8 months ago, I ordered a new server with GB port ,The speed of the server is faster and satisfied my speed needs. Cheap and stable vps provider, highly recommended.

Only can give 4 stars because the IPv6 route in the vps can't configure correct, need manually add after each restart. After migrating to the new control panel. many issues is happened, and can't get good experience, the IP address is changed and I have to resolution once again. the other of the vps is good enough

The connection delay is just over 200ms from Wuhan to LA HOSTEONS server, I even managed to play pubg pluently. Connection speed is good as mentioned, 7m/s in the night.The first ip I got was blocked before I use it sadly, but they exchange it for
free in a day.

I have subscribed for a few of the services from HostEons and VPS being one of them. I'd like to just express my overall satisfaction with their services and their uptimes. I'd also like to stress the fact that they've swift support may that be for billing issues/queries and anything that's tech-specific.

I should've given this review much earlier, but as they say, it's never too late.

The service is decent overall, little downtime and quick to answer and fix things.
There are quite a few small things that can make or break fantastic ratings and keep customers.

I've been using Hosteons web hosting since few years now. Excellent service, supportive staff and always improving. Downtime is bare minimum (only during server upgrades). Overall, Satisfied customer.

First, I liked this company, their server in LA works not perfect, but suitable. I even transfered my DNS server on their hosting. After a while I asked them to changed my IP address because their LA network got to black-list in the egyptian authorities. First they agreed to change it for additional fee, but afterwards changed their mind and refused. They said "Apply to the egyptian government, it's not our problem.." Very ridiculous and shamed, we are not child.. Of course, refund has also been refused.
I don't advised this hoster to anyone, they are not honest and like money very much
