Great service for hospital delivery
Website was very easy order from, the flower shop was in a different hospital but they delivered as promised. Made my friends day said it was the best thing he ate in the hospital. Definitely will be using there services again.

The flowers did not make it to my granddaughter at the hospital. However, HospitalGiftShop, resent a bouquet to her home the very next day. I appreciated the extra effort they made to make sure the flowers I ordered were delivered and they were beautiful!

I had a bouquet of flowers and a box of candy delivered to the nurses that took care of my mom. They said it was beautiful. I didn’t personally see it because mom was already gone before I had it delivered. I was really glad they had the ad-on option of a box of candy.

I'm not sure they even tried to deliver…
I'm not sure they even tried to deliver to the hospital. I paid for same-day delivery in the morning and they texted that afternoon saying they couldn't deliver that day. Unfortunately I don't have the address of the person I was trying to deliver to, so I ended up getting an $80 hospital bouquet delivered to my house instead (the back-up address). What a waste of money. Call a local florist instead.

I am writing regarding my recent order and to express concerns about the delivery experience. Unfortunately, the flowers I ordered took two days to be delivered, which was far longer than expected.
In addition, I requested to cancel the order after placing a replacement order with another gift shop, but my cancellation request was not acknowledged or acted upon. This caused further inconvenience and disappointment.
Given these issues, I kindly request confirmation that my order will be canceled and that a refund will be processed accordingly. I would also appreciate any information on how such delays and communication gaps can be avoided in the future.

The site says same day hospital delivery if order by 1 pm but they did not deliver even though our order time was well before the deadline. Very bad experience - received note from delivery service at the end of the day, when I couldn’t even go to a local florist drive to the hospital myself to deliver in time. This site is awful. Do not use.

I didn't care for the flower's that were delivered. They looked nothing like the picture on the web site. The Teddy Bear was not what was pictured either.
