Top product, top service
Heel blij met de lampen, plantjes groeien als kool. Heel goede service ook: snel verzonden, goed verpakt en toen een van de vier lampen niet goed bleek te functioneren, werd nog dezelfde dag een vervangende lamp verstuurd.

The lamps will get tested during one month.
I can't say anything about the growing lights. I need to test them first.
The light bulbs had some weird stains on them, but the company gave me a small refund of 7 euros. The stains shouldn't be a problem according to one of the owners of the company. I will check them during one month. Hopefully they are doing what they are supposed to do... :-)

As soon as you reported the issue, you received a money-back offer and we suggested you to send back the lights. This enables you to get the money back and would also allow us to study the reported stains and improve our manufacturing and quality assurance process.
You proposed a partial refund. We refunded you 7 euro's and asked if you would like to send back the lights and receive a full refund? This offer still stands.

Super goede groeilampen
Fijne webshop. De groeilichten zijn werken super goed! Na 2 week al resultaat. Als je vragen hebt over de lampen krijg je snel antwoord en leggen ze alles heel duidelijk uit. Fijne webshop en super goede lampen

Nurser2 for my plants in my livingroom
Bought the Nurser2 together with all needed components for my plants in the livingroom. Specially needed the spectrum changeable lamp to make it efficient when away but comfy when at home. Instalment was really easy and in no time the lamp was working and the plants grow really good with the artificial light.
It took some time to understand what I needed for my basic setup but after contacting the customer support, everything was clear in no time.
It is a great product in my opinion.
