Bad customer service
In the past I have been really happy with Horse Herbs, but I received an order where the product was awful. I ordered the cut raspberry leaves and it was about 70% stalks and completely inedible for my horse. I sent an email to horse herbs expecting them to replace it or offer at least a partial refund (this stuff literally had to go in the bin it was that bad), but they just said it was natural variations in the product.
I understand that this comes from a plant. I understand that there will be variations. But to receive one package that is as described - cut raspberry leaf - and one that has not been processed/cut, just the full plant with all the stalks still attached, is completely unacceptable. Will not be ordering from them again due to the lack of customer service, which is a shame as the products have been generally good in the past.
I can see that other reviews have also mentioned the poor quality raspberry leaf, so it is not just me that has experienced this.

I very rarely leave reviews unless a product has blown me away and this has blown we away. So I started my 6 year old New Forest gelding on the Lami Pro Plus as soon as it arrived and after day 5 I have a different pony. Don’t get me wrong the weight hasn’t suddenly done a magical disappearing act but he is soooo mellow and easy now. He is enjoying his in hand walks so much more and is super chill. I had no idea it would have this effect but I’m embracing it. It’s making him so much easier to handle. He must’ve been in discomfort with his hard cresty neck. His crest is showing improvement already but a way to go yet but we are only on week one! So I’ve gone from a pony frustrated and injuring me rearing at me to an absolute angel. Thank you Horse Herbs.

Product is amazing
Product is amazing, abit disappointed as I usually them off amazon but they didn't have any. So I bought direct, which is fine but with amazon I dont pay postage, buying direct postage was nearly £5. But love all there treat product
