I cancelled my order but was very pleased with the service and got a refund very quickly which is unusual as most companies make you wait days,so although I cant comment on products the customer service was excellent.

We apologise that your package arrived open like that, we make every effort to make sure all packages are sealed properly before despatch, this sounds like it may have become opened by Royal Mail whilst being delivered.
Regarding your item not working, we have a returns policy in place for you to return the item back to us for a new replacement. We do not manufacture the toys ourselves but apologise that you've received a faulty item.
We've yet to hear from you regarding this faulty toy but please get in contact so we can rectify this for you.
We do feel you've given a rather harsh review score for a young company for circumstances actually beyond our control. We'd appreciate it if you'd allow us to rectify these problems with you and maybe you could reconsider the rating you've provided us.
