DO NOT BUY this product

DO NOT BUY this product, it is poison !! I will try to condense my experience. I ordered mid summer, took 2 bottles, no problems and no weight loss, no help with sleep. NY daughter had ordered a few wks before I and let me know about the auto shipments. I contacted Hormify well before the next shipment was to be sent out.....sorry, couldn't cancel. So next shipment arrived, I figured I would just take and use up....approx 3 hrs after I took it, I got violently ill, I chalked it up to maybe food poisoning. A few wks later after feeling better I decided to take my pills again.......same thing, violently I'll, vomiting, diahrea.....if I could have gotten to an ER, I would have gone. I then realized it was the pills. Let me say I am not allergic to anything, have taken other supplements in the past and have NEVER had a problem. I WILL NEVER take this product again and the Company could care less...email was sent out 7 days prior, NO ....and the 30 day money back guarantee??? JOKE !!!
In response to your response, I have absolutely no medical problems that you suggest and I wanted to send back unopened bottles and the one opened that made me so sick for testing, but was told I could not !!!!!!!

They take $19.99out of your account for a service you didn’t sign up for! They will not refund you! When I first ordered I selected the one time purchase . After using it for one month I’ve seen NO RESULTS. Then today I was charged $54.99 because they said I signed up for a monthly subscription!!! NO I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION- ESPECIALLY DINCE THIS PRODUCT IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY!!! This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM. Thought i would give it a try and ordered what I thought was a 3 month supply. Then found out I was enrolled in monthly subscription. Then told the price I paid was discount and I had agreed to a minimum of 2 purchases. This is in the fine print. I'm on week 3 and notice no difference. My advice, skip it. Or make sure you read all the fine print.

Scam!

My card was charged without a renewal email or text! I asked for a refund because I didn’t know this was subscription based. I was emailed back by Vanessa who said no I couldn’t be refunded because they sent a renewal 7 days before! That’s a LIE! Horrible business to just take from someone’s account without notice! Product doesn’t work and I don’t want any more and if I received a email about renewal I would have made sure this was cancelled!!! Horrible customer service!!! Also why is there not a contact number. Scam! And where is management?!?!?

Horrific customer service, scam return policy

Hormify has the absolute worst customer service. It takes days to get a response. No phone number to just speak to a real person. And their entire advertising policy in terms of “money back guarantee” is a complete scam. Until you ask for a refund, you tell the customer, too bad, we only accept unopened products AND you have to pay for shipping. But don’t worry they’ll offer you 30% back if you don’t want to jump through all of their hoops. Any other respectable company offers you to actually try the product and then if your not satisfied you can still return and get a full refund which is how they like to come off in their advertising all over Facebook but it’s a lie. Their company is deceitful and ambiguous. I would never recommend and I plan to be sharing this experience on allllll platforms so no other woman gets scammed by their tactics !!! DONT DO IT!

This is a scam!!

Their policy does not allow to try the product. You can only order it and return it unopened for a refund. I have had other supplements that allow you to use the whole bottle and return it empty for a refund, but not this company.
They also charge you withing 7 days for $19.99 as some type of subscription that I still can't find in their website.
I should have looked at these reviews before I purchased. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau of my state and their state of registration.

Hormify expressly reserves the prerogative to withhold the Client's refund pending the reception and evaluation of the returned goods.
Return of Bundles
In the case of bundle purchases, all constituent packages within the bundle must retain their fit-for-resale condition for a refund to be initiated. If any package within the bundle is unsealed, refund initiation will be precluded.
