It was a pleasure being assisted by Niki.
She is excellent communicator and very knowledgable. Her professionalism is exhibited by positive demeanor and very prompt response to clients needs. My impression is she is a leader willing to take more responsibility and set example for coworkers. She is an asset to HTC.

Dear HTC Exec Team. I wanted to share my experience thus far working with the HTC team, in particular, Brandi Dean, Kelsea Gines, and Dana Gross.

My SDIRA account, originally opened at Quest in December 2023, was acquired by Inspira in October. At that time, I'd heard good things about Horizon (and not so good things about Inspira) and had a phone call with Brandi Dean. She very clearly communicated the benefits of HTC and I felt reassured that it would be a good home for me and my funds. She was also extremely helpful in walking me through the process of opening our accounts.

Then the ball went to Kelsea Gines, another extremely competent, reassuring, and helpful individual who has helped my husband and me make a number of investments from our new Roth accounts. Kelsea always makes herself available to answer my many question and has been a true pleasure to work with.

Finally, Dana Gross took the reigns at helping me successfully make the transfer of my account where it was stranded and backlogged at Inspira. She went to great effort to help me make that move in time to meet an important funding timeline.

Everyone I have worked with has gone to the effort to do what they said they would do, when they said they'd do it. I couldn't be more pleased with my move to HTC and have been telling my fellow real estate investors about my positive experience.

Lastly, I also wished to express appreciation for the educational sessions I have thus far participated in. I believe HTC is going to be a terrific partner for my husband and me to learn and explore different asset classes to grow our retirement wealth.

There's customer service, and then there's CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You know the difference between the two by how your representative conducts themselves...professionally, concisely and with CARE! When they care about taking care of you, that's when you know you have a great person. Dana is a rockstar and made everything smooth and easy! She was even able to translate communication with another entity we had on the phone! ;) Can't beat that!!

Absolutely amazing experience. We had a problem with our other bank, transferring money over to Horizon, but they stuck with it and got everything done in a timely manner.

It was a great experience working with Mercie Davis. She was very polite and explaining everything very well. Making this decision more comfortable and easy.

After poor impersonal experiences with other Trust Companies, Horizon is a breath of fresh air! They answer the phone, they are knowledgeable and responsive and walk you through every step. I greatly appreciated the help from Brandi and Samantha during my onboarding process and can gladly recommend Horizon to others!

I needed assistance with completing some forms and information on sending a wire transfer. Taddie walked me through all of the forms and assisted me with the wire transfer information. I received the pleasure of communicating with Horizon Trust representative, Ms. Alicea Royal. Ms. Royal went beyond the call of duty to make me comfortable with the Solo K process and procedure. Ms. Royal was patient and professional at all times. She made certain that I was fully informed. Ms. Royal cares about the client and the client's success. I found Ms. Royal to be mature and wise. When the process concluded, I was encouraged, inspired and hopeful that the best is yet to come in every area of my life. Kudos! Continue in Excellence!

It’s been over 5-months and 75% of my funds still haven’t been transferred yet. Disclaimer: I had many, many brokerages to transfer over. Every timeline I’m given has been missed and my latest follow up has been ignored. Horizon already charged me their fees despite the fact that it’s almost been half a year and I still don’t have the majority of my funds in my account yet. I’m really not even confident my transfer is still being looked at at this point.

I had an excellent experience with Horizon Trust! From start to finish, their communication was top-notch. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They truly stayed on top of everything, ensuring that my needs were met and everything was handled efficiently. What stood out most was how quickly they got things done without compromising on quality. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of trust services—professional, reliable, and incredibly efficient!

I needed information and assistance when I called and I was fortunate to have Paddie assist me. Her help and assistance was excellent.

Dana was patient, accommodating, knowledgable and if she was unaware she connected me to the resources to get what I needed. I felt she went above and beyond to provide a great experience with me.

I called in to get assistance with requesting a payout. Ben was able to patiently guide me through the deposit form, and choose the appropriate category. He waited while I pulled up the form online, and then helped me navigate. His customer service was exemplary! Great job Ben
