Dear HTC Exec Team. I wanted to share my experience thus far working with the HTC team, in particular, Brandi Dean, Kelsea Gines, and Dana Gross.
My SDIRA account, originally opened at Quest in December 2023, was acquired by Inspira in October. At that time, I'd heard good things about Horizon (and not so good things about Inspira) and had a phone call with Brandi Dean. She very clearly communicated the benefits of HTC and I felt reassured that it would be a good home for me and my funds. She was also extremely helpful in walking me through the process of opening our accounts.
Then the ball went to Kelsea Gines, another extremely competent, reassuring, and helpful individual who has helped my husband and me make a number of investments from our new Roth accounts. Kelsea always makes herself available to answer my many question and has been a true pleasure to work with.
Finally, Dana Gross took the reigns at helping me successfully make the transfer of my account where it was stranded and backlogged at Inspira. She went to great effort to help me make that move in time to meet an important funding timeline.
Everyone I have worked with has gone to the effort to do what they said they would do, when they said they'd do it. I couldn't be more pleased with my move to HTC and have been telling my fellow real estate investors about my positive experience.
Lastly, I also wished to express appreciation for the educational sessions I have thus far participated in. I believe HTC is going to be a terrific partner for my husband and me to learn and explore different asset classes to grow our retirement wealth.

There's customer service, and then there's CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You know the difference between the two by how your representative conducts themselves...professionally, concisely and with CARE! 75% of funds still not transferred after 5-months
It’s been over 5-months and 75% of my funds still haven’t been transferred yet. Disclaimer: I had many, many brokerages to transfer over. Every timeline I’m given has been missed and my latest follow up has been ignored. Horizon already charged me their fees despite the fact that it’s almost been half a year and I still don’t have the majority of my funds in my account yet. I’m really not even confident my transfer is still being looked at at this point.
