HoppRyde Recensioni

Kasper was great!

With a last-minute request, HoppRyde came through! We were really appreciative of the communication and promptness in finding a ride on short notice. Would recommend to anyone in the future!

It's the communication.
Being able to coordinate a ride from the car rental return while not really knowing when exactly that would be and not being familiar with where anything really is, was fantastic. We went back and forth on Whatsapp and the ride came quickly after I was done with the rental folks. Thanks for going above and beyond to help me out with that!

Top notch driver! So friendly and helpful! Great communication and very polite!

Great driver and service

All is fine. Respect of the time and good drive. Thank you

Punctual driver, helpful and respnsive.

We had a great experience using HoppRyde in Reykjavík to provide us with transportation after we dropped off our camper van rental. The driver picked us up in a large van at the camper van rental place and took us to our hotel in downtown Reykjavík. It was cheaper than getting a taxi and more efficient than taking the shuttle bus from the airport. We appreciated that the driver was at our pick up point on time and we were running a little late, but we were able to communicate with the manager via WhatsApp and the driver as well. The driver was gracious by waiting the extra 15 minutes for us and they did not charge us extra and didn’t make us feel bad about being late either. It was such a great experience that we used HoppRyde ragain the next morning to take us to the airport for our early morning flight. The whole process was super smooth; the drivers were excellent, and the communication from the company was top-notch. I highly recommend this service if you are looking for efficient transfers during your visit to Reykjavík.

First and foremost, our driver - Aiham - was amazing. He was communicative, on time (we had him as our driver 3 times), and even gave us recommendations on some stuff to see in Reykjavik.

The dispatch service was tremendously helpful as well, and allowed us to book rides both via their website, and through the WhatsApp chat function. No hiccups.

Excellent service, the driver arrived earlier, careful driving

Driver was good and accommodative.

We had a great experience with our pickup to the airport. The driver arrived 20 min early before the scheduled pick up and helped us load the car with our luggage.

Driver arrived on time and was prompt

It was excellent. All went to plan. Very good communication and a really engaging and attentive driver.

Incredible car service, got me a comfortable private car within 30 minutes of booking to take me to a rural part of Iceland. Would book again!

On time
Lovely clean car
Friendly and informative

Good communication with the company and the driver.
Nice vehicle and punctual, smartly dressed driver.

I got a text message the night before from the taxi driver letting us know that he would be a few minutes early and asked if that would be okay which we agreed would be great. He also sent us a text whenever he arrived and helped us with our luggage. Very pleasant drive to the Blue lagoon and then we also had him again from the Blue lagoon to the airport he was prompt very friendly and even offered us water.
