I love this company so much - love the chains I bought they look amazing and the customer service is 5* when I had a small issue with a previous order they fixed it and replaced it right away. I can’t recommend them any higher they are the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well made necklace that was delivered quickly. I get loads of compliments for it; very tempted to see if I can get away wearing it at work ;)

I placed an order worth $200AUD 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I just sent my third email requesting an update as I haven’t had a reply to the first two. I’ll be raising the issue with a third party if I don’t get a reply.

*update: The Hoops + Chains have responded to the charge back and contested the dispute even though i have all the emails from them stating i haven’t received my order and its now out of stock but still wont refund me

No offense, but this company is a joke. They ignored every single message I sent since the 5/8/25, when the emailed me to tell me the chain was sent back to them from customs, I replied and they only acknowledged me after I filed a chargeback on 18/8/25. As of the 4/9/25 I still have not received my refund.

Save yourself the headache. Absolute joke of a company and zero customer service

I bought a necklace & earrings for myself, & a charm for a birthday gift. Really lovely quality items at great prices. The charm had a bit of a quality issue on one side, but this was quickly replaced after contacting them by email. Replacement was perfect. Great selection of unique jewellery, had to stop myself buying more tbh...well until next pay day. Thanks.

Item not received and no response from the customer service e-mails or DM's on Instagram. Also no response from direct messages on their website.
Would give them zero if I could. They have my money and are uncontatable.
They delete comments on FB, so they have someone available for that. Shocking.

The earrings I bought are all so loose that they just fall off when I'm sitting still. I've emailed about it and haven't heard back. I've paid over £80 for 3 pairs of earrings I can't wear.
