I loved the booklet and the written instructions, the yarn is very nice. I liked the selection of a fashion item, baby item, and practical item - three very different choices, so I'm likely to find something I like. I don't really like the one color the box provided 2 of, but that's totally personal preference. I'm excited for my next box!

Not enough yarn in kit to complete project
I received my first kit a few weeks ago. I decided to use the yarn to crochet one project, the woven storage basket. The instructions say to “work the 4-row basket stitch pattern 6 times or until work measures 8”. I was only able to complete the 4-row stitch pattern 3 times, measuring 6” with the 3 balls of yarn provided. Not only is the basket 2" short, I don’t have any yarn to crochet the handles. I'm very disappointed with this kit. I don’t want to buy another skein because the kit instructions claim the 3 skeins is enough to complete the basket. Also, I paid $15 extra for 2 more skeins of yarn thinking they would be the same yarn as in the kit. I had been hoping to be able to crochet all 3 projects in the book, but I was sent 2 extremely small skeins of pink cotton yarn which I have no use for. I wasted my time crocheting a project that I can’t complete. I reached out to customer service several times but they have not responded. This is very disappointing from a company that has very good reviews.

Excellent help
I was worried that my crochet box had been stolen and Diana from hooks and needles got right on it and tracked my box for me she was so helpful and even emailed me after to see if I had received it and all is well

Not worth it
I hesitated to try this and wish I had trusted my gut. I decided to try it and took advantage of a small discount along with another discounted product. Not worth it. The project was cute but not worth the price. Shipping time was a joke and when I reached out for help I was just told to wait even though it was past the estimated delivery time amd then they refused to ever respond to any other messages. Even with the discount it's overpriced and their special discounted gift was a bit deceptive with the description. The bag is very small and wasnt worth the price at all. Customer service is horrible. The product is not worth it. Save your money. So disapointed.

You want to know everything. Great. Here goes ... you keep sending me emails wanting me to rate my first box, to tell you how my experience was and a dozen other things as well. I've had 15 emails from you, but I can't tell you anything because I HAVEN'T GOT MY FIRST BLOODY BOX YET - and here you are trying to get me all excited to receive the second one. I paid good money - and a lot of it for a pensioner - and all I've got us a bunch of useless emails. I've emailed you twice about it not having arrived yet. But nobody has bothered to contact me. Disappointed to the max is how I feel. Let down is another thing I feel. And feellike I've had money stolen from me, because paid you good money in good faith and I've got absolutely nothing for it. I want my money back in full. I've waited long enough. So there's everything you wanted to know.

The box was great but very expensive to buy it from Australia
The box was great once it arrived, however as I am in Australia and I think the cost plus postage just doesn't seem worth it as it works out to $61 Australian dollars. I will stay subscribed for a few more boxes to make up my mind but it's a lot of money and it takes a long time to get here.

Although the instruction how to manage to straps to make them look like the picture was extremely unclear
And also if a person never crocheted they do not know how to make any stitch. At least provide the info for it.

Awful customer service
I changed from a crochet subscription to knit and they sent the second knit box rather than the first. I don't have the needles from the first box to use for the box I received, so it's useless. I've reached out every way possible and keep hearing they'll figure out what to do and get back to me or would I accept a replacement but they won't tell me if I'd be charged for the replacement or need to send the second box back. It's been weeks or a runaround and for $40 after shipping and a box collecting dust I'm pretty disappointed. Customer service so far has been a nightmare and the box is a nice surprise every month but overpriced and useless to me personally. I can't buy the needles and shouldn't have to because the patterns don't even say what length to get in circular.

It was OK
I liked the selection of yarn. Both of them were fun to play with and I definitely felt the fall vibes. But my booklet came without the middle 10 pages and I couldn't do any of the included projects. I emailed about this and never heard back, so I am not feeling enthusiastic about my next box.

I had a problem with my knitting subscription, and they got back with me in a timely manner. I am very happy with all my knitting supplies great quality. Also at a good price for the supplies you get to complete your knitting projects. Great for beginner s and experienced knitters. Thank you for all you do for us crafters.
