This company is absolutely fantastic and will definitely be my go-to when my younger daughter finishes school. The communication is brilliant - having a consistent point of contact made it so much easier to iron out queries and finalise order details. Delivery was also incredibly fast, and the communication throughout that process was excellent. Plus, the dedicated ordering link made everything seamless -parents could order and pay directly, saving us the massive hassle of collecting money ourselves.

We ordered our hoodies quite late for a trip to Iceland, needing a quick turnaround we enquired as to whether we could pay by invoice which not many companies do but dealing with school finances this makes things so much easier. Communication was great, we ordered simple personalisation and the adventure design in one colour, though there are dozens to select from. The quality of the hoodies was great and all the pupils loved them. With a longer timeframe you can set up an account for pupils to order and pay themselves which is really useful if you don’t want the hassle of collecting monies in or budgeting for set numbers. Really recommend the company and the exclusive designs of trip hoodies.

We have been using Hoodie Hut since 2020, when we wanted hoodies for our Year 6 BUT we were in lockdown. The quality and service was so good that we decided to continue to order our hoodies with them each year. As this is a small business, we get a very personal service and when there have been any issues, they are addressed quickly and without any problems. The quality of the products is fantastic and the speed of service is quick. The fact that the parents can now order directly through the Hoodie Hut, using a link, makes our lives so much easier as we don't have to take payments and orders.
