My order was refunded with no explanation? Such a shame as first time buyer supporting a small business. Have messaged and still not had any response 😞

Unfortunately not had a good experience with this company as I order something which I need to return, emailed twice and messaged on Instagram, not receive any reply back. Poor customer service. Will not be ordering again.

Avoid at all costs - awful business! Took my money and never received my items, sent emails and messages on Instagram and no reply.

Placed an order and paid for next day delivery (ordering 4 hours before the stated cut off time) and the item has still not been received almost a week on. Reached out to the company (via e-mail and Instagram) when this didn't arrive next day, as I needed the item I had ordered urgently, to be ignored on both platforms on multiple occasions. Would not order from this company again.

I have contacted to advise that part of the order was missing and had no response.

Ordered and paid for two lots of the hospital bag organiser bags for myself and friend who are both pregnant. Only received one set. Emailed straight away and had no response. Wouldn’t order again or recommend

The bags are perfect for organisation and they came within a couple of days of ordering

I recently reviewed HoneyLane Kids and now providing an amendment as they have been very good at rectifying the issue with my order.

The website is very good and I'm very happy with my order, the quality and value is great.
Communication was difficult to establish in the beginning but once established, Ayme was very helpful and able to resolve my complaint and have my order dispatched and received as soon as possible.

The issue I had was due to auto fill when completing address details which caused a delay in my order being received. I do think that if contact cannot be made with a customer within a given time frame a refund should be automatically issued.

Incredibly fast delivery and the bags are such good quality that are big enough for what I need for. Absolutely love them

I received a faulty item of clothing which I was a little upset about, however the issue was resolved straight away when speaking with the owner and a full refund and delivery fee was also given to which I am very grateful for. They were very kind and understanding in dealing with the issue promptly.

Happy with product and happy with delivery. They are a little smelly when they arrived but this is clearing after airing them.
