We’ve been with our letting agents for nine years, and throughout that time they have consistently delivered an exceptional level of service. From the very beginning when it was Reeds Rains, they have been professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive to our needs as tenants. Any maintenance issues have always been handled promptly and efficiently, and communication has remained clear and reliable over the years.

What really sets them apart is their commitment to building long-term relationships even when Honeydell took over. They’ve always treated us with respect and fairness, making the entire renting experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find an agency that maintains such high standards over such a long period, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable letting agent.

Honeydell is the management company who owns the freehold of a building where I own a flat. Having never had any issues with the freeholder who was in place before them, I hoped they would be as efficient and diligent as the service we were used to. How wrong I was!

From the start, they have been slow to respond by email and phonecall (sometimes just never responding to important emails). This has led to serious issues with the roof and gutters, which have then led to leaks in the building and damage to my flat and also distress for my tenants.

Would absolutely not recommend for their block managament. Perhaps they are a good estate (who knows, they seem to have other 5 star reviews on here?!), but certainly as a management company, they are truly appalling. Poor management, poor communication and leaseholders out of pocket!

I recommend Honeydell Estate Agents for Lettings and Sales. They work with you, are great at communicating with you, and are very professional. Tracy did her best to respond to my questions and concerns, even after the office was closed. Tracy and her staff work hard and are friendly and eager to help. I am impressed with their expertise and general knowledge of the business.

The Honeydell Estate agents manage my house I rent out in Walderslade, they are so helpful and supportive. They also arrange any repairs or amendments if required to the house, which they discuss with me. The Honeydell rental agent team are wonderful, I am so pleased they manage my house for me.

Honeydell manage 2 properties for us. They do an excellent job, regular checks and feedback on the condition of the houses, and on the ball regarding regulations re gas and electricity. We get monthly statements, and have confidence in the way they operate, a very proffessional company. We would not hesitate in recommending them.

The easiest way to write a honest review is to compare similar services provided, Honeydell has been managing the building estate I've lived since 2023, previously we've had two different building management companies and on that basis I can tell from my experience that Honeydell is actually doing the job, at first they pick up the phone and they listen, they always trying to find a solution if there is a problem within the building or a flat, they have a lot of experience dealing with leaseholders and contracts working on the site.
I would hugely recommend Walderslade and Maidstone Honeydell for Estate management and buy and sell any kind of property as they have great estate agent and team of lawyers working with them.

I FIRST GAVE HONEYDELL ONE BLOCK TO LOOK AFTER, THEN AOTHER BLOCK AND NOW 13 RENTAL PROPERTIES. AS SOON AS THEY GET PAID I GET PAID WITH STATEMENT. NOW THEY SOLD ONE PROPERTY FOR ME WITH ANOTHER UNDER OFFER - EVERY THING IS GOING WELL.
ANY THING NEW OR COMES VACANT HONEYDELL WILL FIND TENANTS OR SALE FOR ME. ALL THE TENANTS THEY FOUND HAVE ALL BEEN BRILLIANT.
PLUS I'VE GIVEN THEM 2 NEW LANDLORDS.
