UPDATE - check out their attempt at being responsive below. Another fake AI response. 20 hours later and I am getting a notification that my lab appointment is in 1 hour. I feel awful that I can’t cancel the appointment with Quest and will have wasted their time on a missed appointment due to Hone being absolutely incapable of follow through.

I am not sure how this site has anything above a 3-star average. Less than 24 hours after signing up, I spent 3 hours trying to chase down answers for incorrect lab appointments, trying to get answers from “support”, trying to cancel and get a refund. Terrible experience and it never even started. Oh… they have no phone number so talking to a human - out of the question.

Dr. Bedgood understood my concerns. Since my labs came back pretty normal, she had insight into small tweaks that might help my health. She was able to meet at a time that was convenient for my schedule, despite being the day before a holiday.

I’ve had nothing but a horrible experience with them. I paid everything they asked to start up and after I finished all my blood work, they tried to charge me another $300 when they told me I was only going to be paying 150 a month I’ve messaged them several times and they will not respond. They literally do not have a contact number for a reason if you’re wasting your money and not getting with you pay for then that’s the TRT company for You.
