Amanda Hurtubise is incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable and she explains everything carefully and patiently. She made me feel heard, validated, and hopeful. It was very comforting to have a provider explain things to me in a way I understood, he also made me feel very at home. No judgements. I appreciated that.

Disengaged doctor, seemed under the weather than got irritated that I asked her if she was not feeling well. They also demanded to be called “doctor Kahn” but only their first name was on the google screen, so I don't know how you can expect someone to call you anything else other than your first name.

My physician was phenomenal. Down to earth, personal and understanding.

This was my first experience being heard when discussing hormones and the impact on my daily life. The doctor was knowledgeable, explained clinical guidelines clearly, helped me understand the work I needed to do and the goals we were working toward.

I was willing to give them a chance, after my first impression of their service being overpriced.

But this time it's the nail in the coffin. 1. The meds takes forever to be shipped and delivered. It's been two weeks since the prescription was given and I still dont have all of the meds prescribed. 2.) 2nd meds came, bottle is broken from transit, and the medication bottle is not even sealed. For a $155 membership, i expect better handling of these prescriptions. They ordered a replacement but then charged me again. So, technically it is not a replacement since it's still coming out of my pocket. I will be cancelling the my membership.

Dr. Hurtubise is great. He is highly professional and congenial, and he always gives me good advice.
