Friendly comunication

I was renewing my business and I have the apportinuty to chat to one of your staff because I felt to renew my business was too much after discussion with your staff I know what to do first.

Excellent Service

Mitch was extremely friendly and helpful.
The information she gave me was accurate and non judgemental.
I was confused and overwhelmed with my problem but
she was able to reassure me and gave precise advise on each step I needed to take to sort my problem out. I am extremely grateful.

Kathy was so amazing to deal with. Very helpful and trustworthy.

This then lead to a phone conversation with Grace. Grace was so understanding of my unique circumstances. Very friendly and I felt very comfortable talking with her.

Honcho is always responsive to queries and investigates issues well to resolve. I have just received excellent service from Madison over the Honcho chat option. Very responsive, and investigated the issue.
