Table already rusting also the chairs. Not a month old.

I found a great chair for my classroom at a great deal. Unfortunately it had a small tear on it due to shipping. I emailed them right away and their customer service team worked with me for over a week to try to fix the problem. I was so impressed that they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the outcome.

I love the canopy but didn't care for the side shades so I'm not using them.

The office chair I ordered will not work for me. It is very uncomfortable and will not raise high enough.
i need to return it. communications with their office has been difficult.

I received my patio umbrella late. The umbrella had no assembly instructions. The lights does not work. Customer service is very very poor communication/help.

Metal brackets on the joints were not very sturdy, the frame itself as a whole is very fragile, the extenders that attach to the frame broke which made us not want to continue to put it together. Definitely not a heavy duty frame!!

Seems to be a quality recliner chair, quite comfortable,and easy to operate,

We purchased four patio lounge chairs and have had them less than 3 months. All four are rusted, discolored and extremely poor quality. My daughter cut her finger moving one because it was rusted... and I actually have a burn on my arm from resting it on the arm rest. Customer service “graciously" offered $30 and then $40 - and then attempted to explain that it is normal for a chair in the sun to get hot... Horrible product, horrible customer service.

Very hard to put together, very long process

The product was easy to assemble, arrived on time and is a good strong moveable staircase with handrails. The only consideration is that it needs to be up against a strong surface for stability when using.

Fast delivery and glad it has the tray for cups.

The chair overall is a good item. The wood however is very easy to scratch upon assembly. Fairly easy to assemble recommend 2 people.

Good communication and fast

I purchased a set of Homrest PE Rattan Wicker Patio Lounge Chairs with Wheels thinking I was getting a quality product based on the glowing reviews on their website. Less than two months later, the metal frames began rusting severely from the inside out. Every time it rains, these chairs leak heavy orange rust puddles all over my concrete pool patio, causing significant property damage.

When I reached out to customer service with photos of the defective chairs and the stained concrete, they completely refused to issue a full refund, offering only a partial refund($100 on a $584 order) or replacements for a clearly flawed product. They even tried to blame external factors rather than taking responsibility for a manufacturing defect in item marketed for "outdoor, poolside" use. They actually said not to leave this outdoor product in the rain!

Be warned: The company completely curates the reviews on their own website to hide negative feedback. If you want patio furniture that actually lasts past 60 days without ruining your deck or patio, look elsewhere. I have had to file a formal dispute with my credit card company just to get my money back. Absolute garbage quality and terrible customer service.

This is a scam - no way to dispute with your credit card company because they send no paperwork. I received parts for two different chairs and of course they don't fit together. No way to return or dispute.

They are scamming people because when you order they don’t send Right order then they’ll give you so many excuses after that if you want return they will say oh you have to pay for it All those fake promises. Please don’t buy from that also material is not that great.

BEWARE I purchased the swing in September put it up for the winter got it out in June was missing a cushion I wrote 2 emails no response I have called about 15 times. message says call between working hours I have called different time and days cant leave a message it hangs up on you very upset I just want the missing cushion shouldn’t have to go buy cushions when it’s there error and should be there,there customer service sucks big time

The chair fell apart arm rest would not stay, the plastic on the wheels cracked first then eventually they all broke. It was horrible. The chair was less than 6 months old.

I tried to reach out to customer service for a return. They told me it would be more expensive to ship it back and only refunded me $15. I was super excited to get this chair as advertised. When I received it, it wasn't what I expected. The "massage" feature isn't even a massage. It literally just vibrates. The balls for the massage setting are right underneath your bottom, so it's quite uncomfortable. The leg rest is flimsy, I can foresee it breaking in the near future. The headrest doesn't align with your body as you sit up straight, so you can't even rest your head unless you are fully reclined. The only beneficial thing about this chair is the color I chose. It's a very pretty off white and black combination. The chair is a chair, so it does mostly what it is supposed to do I guess, but don't expect this to be your go to chair for comfort or back/neck problems.

If I could give them no stars I would. I have had this set for just over a year and the braided parts are all coming apart. Not even on the parts that get used like the seats or leg rest, just on the tops that no one touches. I contacted the seller and they basically said I was out of luck since it had been over a year. Over $1k for a set of furniture to only last a year is ridiculous!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
