Matthew offered straight forward, pragmatic and honest advice which absolutely made sense.

We needed advice on selling a property through a House Buying Company. After sharing our situation with Matthew he very quickly advised us that this was probably not a good option for us. He then gave us good advice and other options to pursue. This included using an Auction house instead. So glad we got in touch with this company and therefore Matthew as he helped us immensely.

Late last year, my partner and I had committed to a move back to the antipodes in three months time,
however we had not sold our house!
