OMG! What a saga. The service and process is terrible. One nice person there but unfortunately customer support, delivery, jnstallation, parbers all suxx. Ordered andnpaud for Ac with install, 2 weeks later i get an update its not available. 2 weeks later they ship it. I get these updates for scheduled delivery and make sure im home, times change constantly, dont come one day, dont come the second day, finally they come and leave it there, incall them and theybrefuse to come back and install. Wait another 2 weeks and have the installation scheduled then on the daybof i get a call from some guy saying they dont install. Then incallncustomer support and they will “check”, 4 days later nothing. Took my money and disappeared leaving me with an unpacked ac and the old one still there. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation, plenty other places sell appliances.

I'm truly puzzled by the lack of anyone there knowing how to address a 2+ week delivery delay on a refrigerator. They just read from a script and promise a day when "someone" will respond and that days comes and goes. The only reason I selected them for this purchase was the promised delivery/install date. When I asked Customer Service for the local delivery contact phone number, I get, "We don't have visibility for that." ???

We are a custom home builder and placed a large appliance order on behalf of our client, including appliances for the basement bar, outdoor kitchen, and a new 33" refrigerator and freezer set for the main kitchen.

Unfortunately, this experience has been a nightmare from the beginning. We never received the pairing kit that was ordered and paid for. The refrigerator and freezer, which were purchased as a matching set, arrived with completely different handles. A “set” should have matching hardware. In addition, the wheels and trim were not delivered, and the amount of time we had to wait for installation was unacceptable.

The order was delivered incomplete, and resolving these issues has been extremely frustrating. Today is August 17, and we have been trying to get assistance with the handles since February. At this point, our emails, phone calls, and voicemails are no longer being answered.

For a company handling high-value appliance orders, this level of customer service is unbelievable and extremely disappointing. We expected much better communication, accountability, and support, especially after placing such a significant order for one of our clients.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I purchased a refrigerator from this company, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I immediately tried to contact customer service through multiple emails and phone calls, but received no response and no meaningful assistance.

After getting nowhere, I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company. Interestingly, customer service finally responded after the dispute was filed. They promised that they would take care of repairing the damaged refrigerator if I withdrew the credit-card dispute.

I trusted them and withdrew the dispute based on that promise.

That was eight months ago.

The refrigerator is still damaged, and despite numerous attempts to get the issue resolved, they have failed to follow through on their promise. To make matters even more concerning, they charged my credit card again for the same amount, yet told me they did not.

At this point, this has gone far beyond a simple damaged-appliance issue. It is the lack of communication, failure to honor commitments, and the amount of time and effort required to get any response that has made this experience so frustrating.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to do their research and think carefully about how customer service handles problems after they have your money.

I expected a damaged refrigerator to be repaired or replaced. Instead, eight months later, I am still dealing with the same unresolved problem.

Ordered a bar furniture. Long delivery time of 3 months to the Netherlands. But it was worth the wait. Very nice quality!

We have ordered a nest table and chairs set on 8th February - we were advised it would arrive may/June....not had any delivery updates or information about the product which we paid £400 for. No contact details and it just says the product is in same stage of transit it was then we ordered it.

AVOID!! Ordered a very expensive (£250) pendant lamp for the living room. When it arrived, it was obvious it was a return from a previous customer. Packaging was a bit ripped and some of it was already assembled. But that is fine. We realised it wasn’t quite right for us so asked to return it within 14 days of receiving it. Website claims 30 day easy return. We have now been arguing with customer service for over a week and just got offered £50! They won’t send us the address to do the return. I will never use this company again.

Bought all my appliances from Homery / Shop appliances. Range was not in the order. I tried to contact the company and no response. After 2 weeks I complained and wrote a bad review. Then Joseph Fouerti called and said that he would refund me. I just have to take down the review. I said it’s an honest review. He promised me a refund and even sent me a refund letter. I have contacted Teddy Fazel, Brisilda Nerjaku and Bill Nelson. It’s been almost 30 days now and no refund. This company is horrible. They kept my money and never delivered the range. Lied and made excuses the whole time.

I am not usually one to post reviews, but in this situation, I felt it was necessary. We ordered a product from Homery and unfortunately, it was incapable being installed. The customer service from both the technician and the representatives on the phone could not have gone smoother in the end. We were very satisfied with the customer support given and would highly recommend dealing with this company and ordering their great products for anyone out there interested in a high-end appliance we could not have been happier with our experience with this company and look forward to working with him again.

Whoever is looking to buy appliances should definitely order from this site! I had the best and easiest experience placing my order over the phone with one of their sales representatives. My package arrived so quickly and in perfect condition. I ordered a 40-inch Ilve range, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! I highly recommend getting your appliances from this site.

Homery are not the best at what they're doing but just better, I really love everything about them..

Do not use this business. They had the chance to cancel an item from being loaded until the truck for me and intentional did not and forced me to pay a restocking fee. They hid my first review.

Homery has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had a question about my order, and they were so helpful and responsive. The coffee table I bought is perfect for my space, and the quality is top-notch.

Absolutely in love with my new dining table from Homery. The quality is fantastic, and it looks even better in person than it did online. The shipping was incredibly fast, and the assembly was a breeze. Highly recommend!
