This is an amazing company. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an alternative to a Heloc. It was a quick and easy process. They walked me through everything by explaining each step of the process with me. I would definitely recommend Homepace to anyone.

I tried to use traditional lenders to achieve some financial goals that I had set. I found Homepace and decided to give them a try. What I found was excellent service and honesty on a product that I was leary of simply because it was new to me. I spent some time with them reviewing the product, its limitations and its advantages. They were always willing to spend the time with me and discuss how I could use the product, and if it was the right fit. I will say this product is not for everyone and has some drawbacks just like any other financial product but also has some definite benefits. The team was great honest and responsive to all questions. I think Homepace has a great future and would highly recommend them in the future.

Great Experience! Easy to Do! Loved It!
From beginning to end of the transaction, HomePace was excellent. Everything was transparent and easy to understand. Particular praise must go to Julieta and Maria, who were informative, professional, friendly, and it goes without saying, so very easy to work with from beginning to end. Our main contact was Maria. She was not only professional, she was always available to answer any and every question we had. Thank you Maria! The Homepace process was quite honestly incredibly easy to understand and was exactly what we needed to meet our financial goals. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Homepace. Truthfully, we’ve already referred our daughter and her husband! Give them a call.

HomePace was Great!
When we first started to look at different options to help us utilize some of the equity in our home, we primarily explored home equity loans and HELOC offerings. When we found HomePace it seemed like something of interest to us, so we reached out to the company and were very shortly contacted. Our contact was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the entire process and what to expect. There was no heavy sales pitch or high pressure. When we decided to proceed, our contact walked us through each step along the way, anticipated any concerns, and made us feel like family! We were very impressed from first contact through closing and receiving our funds. I would use HomePace again and will recommend the company to others in the market for getting equity out of their home.
