Amazing Coving!
Purchased the G37 coving and I was amazed at how good it looks! Everyone thinks i have put up plaster coving. Super easy to install, cuts well, just remember to give cuts a light sand. Overall I am delighted with the finished product, so glad I didn't pay for more expensive solutions as this looks fab!

Great service
I recently purchased a batch of EPS coving for a reno and although the delivery company damaged the order, the team @Homemerce dealt with it professionally and swiftly taking all the stress out of the situation.

Very poor quality and design
I purchased the XPS LED coving and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. Even after four coats of paint, light from the upward-facing LEDs still shines straight through the sides. The material is so transparent and poor-quality that it simply doesn’t block the light.
Several of the coving panels also arrived with small dents, which makes the finish look even worse. I’ve tried everything—additional paint, tape, and touch-ups—but nothing stops the light bleed. For something sold at a premium price, the product feels cheap, flimsy, and nowhere near “premium” quality.
I’ll let the photos speak for themselves, but this product has been a huge let down

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear the XPS coving didn’t arrive in perfect condition or perform the way you expected. That’s definitely not the experience we want for you.
Just to give a bit of clarity: we offer two types of coving — our budget-friendly XPS (polystyrene) range and our premium EPS plaster-coated range. They look similar at first glance, but the premium one has a thicker, quartz/plaster/resin shell, which is why it behaves differently.
The good news is that the light bleed issue you’re seeing is actually quite easy to fix. A simple strip of aluminium tape on the inside of the coving stops the light instantly. No extra paint or special tools needed. We’ve just emailed you step-by-step instructions, but here’s a quick demo too:

Great quality of materials
I've received great materials from this company, but unfortunately, I have been stood up by a contractor and could never install them.
The company had a fantastic return process, and I would like to name Mike as going above and beyond to resolve my issue.
Nevertheless, the quality of the LED coving I received is unparalleled, as I have viewed many available on the market.

Terrible experience with Homemerce
Terrible experience with UKCoving/Homemerce (same company). Ordered a sample which arrived promptly, then ordered more samples on 28th May for which I paid £15. It’s almost 3 weeks and still haven't received anything. The company doesn’t keep you updated unless you chase them, still cant tell you why it hasn’t been fulfilled. We were going to place bulk order as renovating whole house but will go somewhere else.
UPDATE: 27th June and we still have not received any samples. The company claim they have dispatched it on 20th June using Evri and provided a tracking number yet when checking Evri tracking page it states that they are awaiting the parcel so basically Homemerce just generated the tracking number but never sent the parcel. What kind if company does not want to sell their products? Homemerce is one of them. An absolute joke.

The cornices were delivered in a timely manner, and I was impressed with the packaging. The lengths were well-secured in a sturdy cardboard box, ensuring they arrived in perfect condition. Installation was a breeze using adhesive, and the entire project was completed in just one day.
Homemerce's customer service is exceptional. I received great support and was kept informed about each stage of the order. The DX driver was also nice and helpful, making the delivery process smooth. I highly recommend Homemerce for their quality products and outstanding service!

Our logistics are set up so that we ship all our orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Since your order was placed on Tuesday night (9 PM), it was only shipped on Friday, hence a small delay. Please accept my apologies for that! I am glad you like the product, this is the most important part, after all!
