I bought a rather large order (large for me) and sadly it had to be cancelled.
There is no way to amend or cancel an order online, one is at mercy of email.
The company homelabvet.com is operating under numerous different names, Loopyvet.com being one, but that is nothing unusual these days many do it.

Emails to and fro were stressful at times, due to maybe the language barrier, and miscommunication, but it all worked out in the end, and I received a full refund, without delay.

It would be an improvement If a system were in place where an order could be edited online within an hour of being placed.

And it would be more professional if they send emails within office hours- Not [late] at night.

The website shows an image of a woman 👩 lady 👵🏻 Offer online support. I imagined this was online chat support, which is why I felt comfortable buying.
— after I bought I realised there isn’t online chat support, So, I panicked when realised I spent a lot of money and there was no other way to communicate other than via emails.
I had originally wanted to amend the order, but In the end, I asked for a full refund. I am very sad because I spent over $ 150.00 on medication for my pets, And now my pets have no medication. - But I did get my refund without any problem.

I would have reordered making a smaller amount to test the water, if the company would allow ..? And test if customs fees applied. I understand customs are out of Home Lab Vets hands - but home-vets said in an email they mark packages as gifts. (Good idea,)

If they could consider Supplying a UK telephone number, it would not be difficult to set up, considering they're the biggest pet vet suppliers in Europe- and it’s easy to buy a UK mobile phone SIM, then ‘pay as u go’ top up bundles online for a monthly bundle without a contract. since they’re selling to customers in the UK, it would be an extremely helpful part of customer service.
Sadly, in the end, I didn’t try their products, due to email miscommunication.

But I wish the company well in the future.

This website is fantastic! Even though their country is at war, HomeLabVet is open for business and communicates via email above and beyond what even an American company would! I was shocked to see answers to my emails almost instantly! No American company has ever communicated as good as HomeLabVet has with me. The prices are fantastic, and their product gets to you before they say it will. A++++

High Mountain Farm in West Virginia, USA has been using HomeLab Veterinary for several years. Prices are comparable or better in most cases. We can always find what we need. With new FDA rules requiring a script for chickens (insert hysterical laughing) we are getting the same medicine here. Also, in treating coccidiosis, Baycox(which is unavailable in the US but in use by EVERY OTHER COUNTRY) is FAR BETTER than corid. Can be used on baby rabbits and goats without being harsh. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. 2 wk shipping even during the INVASION of their Sovereign Country( Slava Ukrani !!)

I’ve used Homelabvet twice this year. I was cautious at first as a UK buyer, so I only bought a few things. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery and care taken with packaging. I then place a subsequent larger order and again everything arrived as promised although it was a bit slower to arrive second time. I ordered a mixture of pharmacy items and accessories for my dog. Can’t complain at all and the pharmaceuticals appear completely genuine.
