Pleased with results and how much time it took, glad I choose them. Prices are normal for a deep clean.

Booked through HomeHello in Brisbane, twice the cleaners cancelled last minute (the day before, and then the morning they were due to clean), and the third time they simply didn't show up!
Don't bother with these guys, they'll just waste your time.

HomeHello's process is quick and easy, and the cleaning has been impeccable. The customer service team was also very polite and patient, easing any worries I had. I would definitely recommend HomeHello to anyone in need of an efficient and great cleaning service!

Every cleaner I've had from homehello has been on time, thorough and very friendly.

The cleaners we have had have been great and the staff are always friendly and let us know should there be any minor changes to the schedule. I've been using HomeHello regularly for a while now and will definitely continue to use the service in future. It's great to come home to a clean house each fortnight we get our place cleaned.

HomeHello is so easy to use with their online booking and payment system. It's very easy to change even just one of your scheduled cleans to find another date that works. The cleaners have all been very nice and have done a great job. The company is always receptive to questions and finding solutions for you and they've even been proactive in asking if I'm happy and if I'd like to try another cleaner to see if I like them better. They have surveys after every clean so you can give feedback. They really want to make sure the customer is happy.

The cleaners I've had Ajay S. And Rebecca (with her brother in law) have both been great. Both have different styles, but now I get both fortnightly so I now have someone weekly. So helpful as a new mum and starting a new business. Keep up the good work. The reception have pretty good customer service too. - you may need to be patient with start dates at the beginning, but once you have a booked in time, the company hasn't let me down since.

I would recommend HomeHello to anyone looking to get their house cleaned. I was very skeptical initially as to both the quality and trustworthiness of the cleaners. However, all my concerns were dispelled after my first clean! All cleaners seem to have previous training and are all certified with necessary checks.

Everyone from HomeHello, both customer service representatives and cleaners are very polite, accomodating and always willing to go the extra mile. My apartment has never looked in better condition and I attribute this entirely to HomeHello. I have used other cleaning companies before, and this service is far more affordable. It only costs me $27/hr, and they also offer laundry and ironing options!

All bookings occur online and the website is super user-friendly. I now have fortnightly cleans, generally when I leave for work in the mornings and my account is automatically debited. It's so simple. I recommend to anyone and everyone.
