Product was fine and delivered as expected.

Two problems:
1) I was given a tracking number for second class postage which did not work (since the Royal Mail does not offer this facility) and
2) The VAT receipt in .pdf format was illegible, since typing was over-typed.

I shop from amazon.fr and this company has put products in it, that are labeled in the post coreo espana. I thought I was shopping in the EU but it was not, its in the UK. Result, I was asked to pay double the price in customs to get the parcel. I informed the company I would not get the package and that I wanted a refund once they get it back and I got lectured about global markets. Unacceptable.

The material came quickly and neatly arrayed on a card. Everything was there: wire picture hooks in different sizes and I was delighted.

Wheni looked for eyelet screws I was confounded: how can I hang a picture without two eyes screws.
What am I supposed to do with the wire? There are picture hooks that dispense with wire, but you didn't include them in the kit.

I think it would be nice if going forward you included eyelets.
Meanwhile I bought some eyelets so all is not lost.
