Your claim was filed in August. The government has 6 months to respond so we're in a waiting period right now. I believe your Case Manager Joanna just texted with you about your this question. If you have any other concerns, please reach out to Joanna, and she'll be happy to help.
The staff has been wonderful, they are available to answer calls and emails. they have been most helpful in guidance when i have questions about documents and status reports
No doubt Joanna is the best asset relating to getting and using info especially understanding older clients.
