It is great for Tyson to go to the same carer, Veronica. She looks after him well, updates us and sends us pictures. Its a real comfort to us knowing he is in very safe hands. He loves going to stay with her.

My Irish terrier absolutely loves going to Susan and Albert. He is always very well looked after.

Lychee was matched with Susan & John who were perfect for him. Obviously knowledgeable about dogs, ensured that they made Lychee feel at home & kept me updated. When he went back for Trip 2 he ran towards their front door!

We were delighted that Lynda could look after our dog Jessie for us. Jessie has stayed with Lynda several times before, and always enjoys her holidays there. With Home From Home you know your dog is going to be safe, exercised, and well cared for. What I was delighted to also see is how calm our dog was with the carer, Wendy.
When visiting a new place our dog tends to go a little crazy, exploring everything, and pushing her luck. After 24 hours, a couple of photos over WhatsApp showed the dog was able to relax, get some snoozing and cuddles in — like we know she can.
Wendy totally understood what our dog needed, was very sensible with her, and even managed to fit in a little bit of training to calm her at meal times.
There's a lot of experience in the carers, and it shows.

Fantastic communication and all questions answered and for a first time user they were great at explaining how the system worked so We felt very reassured. Friendly, efficient staff who matched us perfectly with our dog sitter who had plenty of experience with our breed.
A meet and greet was set up and she knew exactly how best to interact with our dog. She was aware that it was our first time leaving our dog who is 10 and we felt comfortable that all needs would be met. She kindly agreed to a back up plan if our trip was unexpectedly delayed but thankfully it wasn’t needed. We went on our trip with confidence that our dog was fully catered for and would have lots of fun.
Would highly recommend the service on our experience. So pleased that we were recommended by another happy client. It will be our first stop for any future trips.

Archie had a long stay with Vanessa this time and loved every minute. It is truly like another home for him and another doggy mum. Vanessa and Jess look after him so well, he gets thoroughly spoilt. When I drop him off he runs in and when I collect him he goes between the 2 of us, it's like he is not sure which one to stay with. I would thoroughly recommend Vanessa and already have Archie booked in for another stay.

My 2 dogs went to a new sitter for 2 nights. There were some settling in problems overnight which the sitters dealt with (my dogs possibly triggered by another dog barking in the neighbourhood). Everything else went to plan and, if available, I would ask for the same sitters again.
