Extremely bad company I ordered a mattress and it never arrived. I Waited in for days to ensure I was home to recieve it, its a week late to arrive and I checked the tracking to be told it was held by courier. I contact the company and they say it was returned to them and no explanation given to me as to the reason why. I was not even informed about this. When informing customer service I was told they wont send me a replacement one via express delievery when I have already waited 2 weeks and it didn't arrive. Appalling customer service and no care for the inconvenience caused.

Have ordered and paid up. No response from the company
No confirmation of the order no reciept
No mail
They have have taken payment and disappeared
Is there any way to contact them or get a refund if the product is not delivered
On Instagram they fool customers

homeessentials is the worst brand we have ever purchased from. Lid of the pan we ordered was dented on 2 sides and after waiting for a week for replacement lid we received the new lid with even more dents than previous one. After this they stopped responding to messages and calls and simply ignored our complaints. AVOID these scam artists at all costs and whats more important is that their products are average and there is nothing outstanding about them. We have seen companies return coffee mugs with scratches than these fraudsters who stole over 1.5k for a damaged product.

Worst Product & Worst Company – Big Cheat!

I purchased the toy storage tube (order Id: 766049) from Home Essentials and it’s one of the worst buys ever. The quality is pathetic – the tube is made of an extremely thin, flimsy plastic sheet that feels like it will break any moment. It’s so lightweight that it can’t hold up properly, and to top it off, the material is a complete scratch magnet. Installation is a nightmare – not at all easy as shown in the product images. What you see online is totally misleading!

The bigger issue is their dishonest return policy. The product page clearly mentioned a 48-hour return option, but when I requested a return, they outright declined saying it’s not their policy. If that’s the case, then why mislead customers with false claims? This is nothing but a BIG CHEAT company tricking buyers with fake promises.

Terrible product. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a wardrobe to be sent one with faults, they took a while to rectify this but they did eventually. I received my second one today with parts missing. It's an absolute joke so now j have to wait 5 more days to receive the missing parts after waiting 4 weeks for a wardrobe.

Pathetic product! Very poor quality. They do not respond to customer complaints. Received broken product. Followed up for exchange. But no response.

Product specifications not matching.
Sending emails and whatsapp messages is not helping. They call and disconnect just after one picks up the call.
Free gift (as written on webpage) for online payment is not received and no news at all.

Fraud company, ordered plush storage tube paid 3k and now no order received plus no one is even responding. Never buy from them!

Very bad. Scam company. Terrible customer service dont respond wont get your money back and will give you defected products which also you will not get unless you keep chasing them

Worst online platform.
They exchange / refund their products bought from Amazon. But when directly bought from them they done exchange / refund. Never ever shop on this platform u will be duped. Atleast Amazon helps but this guys are thieves.
Today all online platforms offer exchange and return. This guys are absurd

Extremely disappointed with HomeEssentials. I ordered a curtain set and what I received was of the cheapest quality imaginable — thin, cheap plastic made, and nothing like what was shown in the pictures. To make matters worse, they have no refund or return policy, so I’m stuck with a product I can’t even use. Totally unacceptable. Would not recommend this brand to anyone. Stay away! 👎

If there was option I would give zero. Should have thought twice about website with no phone contact details. Has not delivered item for 12 days and watsapp customer service appears to be run by a robot. AVOID!

Garbage, dishonest reviews led me to purchase a robo vacuum and its absolute garbage!!!

Be cautious of the influencers promoting product! I've experienced extremely poor customer service - unable to contact them via WhatsApp or phone, and order status always shows invalid. Makes me wonder if this is a genuine company...

Homebizessentials (mydeal.com.au) deserves NO star.
I recently purchased a hair product from HomebizEssential, and to my disappointment, it turned out to be a fake. I contacted their customer service, and while they did reply, it’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received a refund. Even worse, they expect the customer to cover the cost of returning the product, which is completely unfair. This company’s practices are dishonest, and I strongly advise against buying anything from them. They are essentially stealing from customers. Save yourself the hassle and avoid HomebizEssential at all costs.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Poor quality and even worse software. Avoid at all costs they also have horrible customer service and you’ll get stuck with all shipping charges when you find out your stuff doesn’t work.

The Wuzutech Robovac X did not ever work. I let it run over my floor for 30 minutes; it kept going over the same piece of dirt over and over and it never picked it up. The price was low. If it seems to be too good to be true, it probably is. The BBB gives this company an
"F" grading and warns that Loft Home Essentials, Home Essentials Direct, and Home Essentials are probably the same company suspected of fraudulent business practices.

Every review said the same thing about all this company's "products" and practices.
Mine was only a waste of $100. I threw it in the garbage.

Please be careful
