Home Craftology has always been really good to deal with! Right now I’m not buying too many diamond paintings as I have quite a few in my stash, but I will buy from this company again. I recommend them!

I needed some help recently about my order and the lady I dealt with Cheryl I think it was came to my aid and got me out of trouble she couldn’t do enough for me. I have had nothing but a good experience with Home Craftology.

I’m reasonably happy with my project except the sky should be, according to the picture I sent, primarily light blue. Yours is primarily white. It’s definitely not true to color for the sky. Otherwise it’s fine.

Homecraftology has wonderful customer service and products! If things are not quite right, they fix it to ensure customer satisfaction. Once I completed a print, but when I stood back to look at it, the colours were off and overall too dark. I reached out, they agreed, they amended the colours and sent me a new print, all in good faith, to ensure I got what I was after and could enjoy the print for years to come. I have only experienced bad colours once, all other prints have been awesome, on the mark with expectations and I can not speak highly enough. Thanks

I was missing several packets of drills from my kit, one of which is a main color (was sent the wrong color on that one). Shipping is 15-20 business days so times that by 2 for me. Also the symbols are quite fuzzy when used with a light. Some of the symbols look similar so it's not always easy to tell which is which. Overall, I was disappointed and I really didn't want to be.

Everything was good but the covering film was too flimsy. It kept ripping.

These diamond kits are the best you'll ever find! The poured glue canvas is awesome.
And there's so many to choose from !
Right now I'm making butterfly and heart keychains for all of my co workers and my church family.
So relaxing!

I had no clue what I was doing when ordering Diamond Painting Kit. I just knew I wanted to try it out. So I googled and came across Home Craftology. There were so many to choose from but I decided to go with something I love so I searched "Birds". And there it was a beautiful birds on the wire image. I added it to my cart but kept finding more great options to add to my "wishlist". The check out was simple. And when I made a mistake and didn't catch that I still had my old address in my auto-generated info from my phone, I panicked. I quickly found the contact us option and sent them a message. They replied back super quickly and took my corrected information and said they would do their best to fix it. I was not very hopeful because it was coming from overseas and I didn't think it would be possible but they did it! And they even followed back up with me! I have received my kit and I am hooked! It came with a great drilling pen, easy to read symbol guide and wrapped up safely. I have already ordered more. Thank you for making quality items and having fantastic customer service!

Every time I order from HC, the quality gets better. I love the new canvases! They are clear and easier to read. The bag that it is in wonderful. It makes for great gifts.

I live in New Zealand . I bought a diamond dot painting from Home Craftology (HC) in September . I paid more than $140.00 NZ for it A short time later I saw the same one on another seller list for $32.20. I told HC that I was annoyed I had been charged so much and please refund the excess money I have been charged. Their reply alluded to the fact that there products are much better quality and superior to others etc . I received the HC one and have compared it to a Small one I purchased from a cheap $2.00 type shop . I cannot see any difference in the quality of the HC one to the very cheap one I purchased and have almost finished. The glue is fine, the canvas is fine and all the dotz are there on the cheap one.
HC has said if I'm not satisfied to return it but the postage and idea of packing it up again is hard for a pensioner . It is also hard to see my hard earned cash going into someone else's huge profits . Giving guarantees to be able to returns goods its not much help if it is going to cost postage etc. Be fair with your pricing HC in the first place and people won't need to return you goods.
Buyer beware , when you purchase goods do your homework otherwise you will regret it like I do .
Postscrift . HC have just refunded me my money I commend them for this and thank them for listening to my complaint and doing something about it.

Always really happy with this company always comes well packaged, canvas never creased easy to roll out and flatten. Haven’t started it yet but know will love end result. If ever I do have to contact them, customer services always reply as quick as they can taking in account time zones, my query is resolved x
